As a fit and active guy I have always relied on doing the fun things i like to do to stay strong (biking, climbing, hiking, skiing, ranch work, etc). Arriving to my early 50's, however, I realized that approach was no longer cutting it. Aches and pains from old injuries and unbalanced training were not enough to keep me going. Over several years training with Adam I have become much stronger across all my muscle groups. I've been going to Kate's classes at Vibrant Fitness for about a year. I'm in my late 60's and am so grateful for her attention to strength, balance, mobility, and creatively working with any physical limitations present. Her classes are fun, engaging, and a wonderful challenge. All my interactions with Adam have also been great. What an awesome team and a wonderful way to stay fit!

The small-group fitness training with Adam at Vibrant Fitness is, quite simply, the best training I have ever received. As a retired court reporter of 30 years, sitting has taken its toll on my body and when I started, I was very prone to injury. Through diligent instruction on proper body mechanics with each workout, I have avoided injury and been able to gradually build a solid foundation for strength and mobility. On top of great workouts, Adam always manages to serve up a LOT of LAUGHTER!
