Very disappointed in the way that things have changed at NSO. We've been coming for years and had a great experience before but within the last few months it's gone downhill. The staff is all changed, they constantly cancel appointments, have limited afternoon hours and very long wait times. Although the new staff members are accommodating, when I tried to speak to Dr. Smith, he was obnoxious and rude to me. He doesn't know how to speak to his patients or their parents and talks down to you as if he could care less. Honestly if I hadn't already paid a large amount for the

Dr. Craig and his staff have created a comfortable and welcoming experience for those who need orthodontic treatment. Both office and medical staff are patient, courteous and genuinely care. Fun promotions and rewards program encourage kids to wear retainers, rubber bands and overall maintenance. I highly recommend North Shore Orthontics.

Whenever I go to North Shore Orthodontics I am always greeted as if they've missed me. Dr. Smith is awesome and always takes time to listen to everything I say. He genuinely cares about how my teeth are progressing and makes sure I'm not in any pain during all aspects of the visit and afterward. He even met me at his office during the weekend when I had a bit of pain from a popped braces wire. The dental hygienists are fantastic too. They always ask me how I'm dong and show me how to put in new rubber bands. I listen to my parents talk about the horrors of when they had to go to
