My son and I visited several orthodontic offices and as soon as we left Dr. Mateer's office, my son looked at me and said, "This is the place!" Every single visit, the staff has been friendly and kind. Dr. Mateer is one in a million! He is fun and caring and gentle...I recommend searching no further: a nervous 11 year old actually looks forward to his orthodontic appointments! You couldn't ask for more. We are extremely happy here.

This review is long overdue. Words cannot express how Exceptional Dr. Mateer and his staff are. Dr. Mateer is very patient, honest, and funny lol. Who doesn't appreciate a good joke? Just a pleasant environment. I love his staff! There is nothing like having a staff who enjoys their work environment and it shows. My daughter looks forward to her visits with him. He's very passionate about helping his patients. This attribute stood out when I originally had consultation prior to Covid. My daughter built a lot of confidence thanks to Dr. mateer and staff. This guy knows his stuff. He's up to date with current standard regarding his office practice and methods...especially compared to others in the area where you feel like you're walking into a time machine.
His staff is super friendly, and Dr. Mateer give my child the proper attention she needs. Plus they make office visits fun! They take every opportunity to dress up in the office to offer an inviting environment.

My family have been going to Dr. Mateer for the past four years. We would 💯 recommend this doctor to any family looking for orthodontics. Mateer Orthodontics is an amazing establishment! A diverse and friendly staff team is present to greet you as soon as you come through the door. All very relatable and sociable. Dr. Mateer himself is amazing. He makes things quick, easy, and comfortable. He’s also very comedic and personable, which all comes together to create an experience that is both cohesive and fun. I want my little sister to receive her braces here as well, and I recommend everyone who needs braces to come to Mateer Orthodontics.

We went to Dr Mateer for a second opinion based on google reviews. We ended up going ahead with him due to his knowledge, patience to explain the whole process to both us the parents and our then 8 year old extremely nervous child. Not only is Dr Mateer extremely professional, but his kind personality draws you towards him. He took the absolute best care of our son. Then the Pandemic hit, and suddenly parents weren’t allowed to be inside with their young kids.I raised my concern with Dr Mateer and he took my concern very seriously & allowed me to be inside the office with my son.

Dr. Mateer and his office staff are incredible! My daughter is so happy and we know we made the best decision choosing Mateer Orthodontist! I highly recommend Dr. Mateer if you need an orthodontist. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is also inviting and very clean. They usually run on schedule so if there is a wait time, it's minimal. They also have great giveaways and make going to the office fun. You will be very happy if you choose him as your orthodontist!
