As an owner who made the mistake of hiring Pam I would tell other owners to run far and fast not only did they hire contractors that were so bad that most of the work had to be re done they rented to non qualified tenants when they actually got around to renting the property at all. all in all a horribly run company.

Haven't any problems in the 8.5 years with Pam T Property Management. When issues arrive, we just send a text or call and vendors are contacted immediately. Also, I find that photos of the problem helps them see what is going on.
Pam Edwards listens to us. And really important to us. If you are looking for a property manager, I would recommend Pam T Property Management.

Pam’s T Property Management staff having been taking care of my rental home in Savannah for many years. They have vetted my renters as well as looked after the property efficiently and professionally. We have weathered several hurricanes as well as repairs together. I live in Canada and have totally relied on them for all the day to day details of renting my home.

Pam Edwards is basically my guardian angel. My husband would buy rental properties and then just basically forget that he bought them and it felll to me to take care of them. I met Pam One day and that afternoon went to her office and turned all of my responsibilities over to her and I have never looked back. She and her staff are amazing they are prompt they’re professional they are caring people they keep up our properties they care about the renters they look after the owners. If you’re using somebody else you need to change your Property Manager.

We have had our house managed with Pam T for over 8 years now. We are not in the area anymore, and can not personally be there to take care of things ourselves. They have always kept us up to date with all the details regarding maintenance needs and tenant requests. We have had a handful of tenants and the transition has been seamless with all of them.

Our experience with Pam T Property has been a joyous one thus far. Everyone we've had the honor of dealing with or spoke with was very professional and really friendly. The house we are renting from them was a pleasant surprise because we didn't get a walk through or get to view before moving in due to Covid but my family and I was so happy and still very happy. We don't have to request maintenance often but I'm pleased to say that the one time we did they replied the same day (over the weekend) and had someone here by Monday morning. I love the fact that they are making our stay with them so enjoyable
