I leased from Mopper for over 2 years and absolutely adored my house downtown. Cara was always quick to reply, always got things fixed (which was rarely needed due to the property being so renovated and nice), and was so understanding through quarantine and bad roommate situations. I will forever recommend Mopper PM and I'll miss that little blue house!

Cara and Mopper Property Management are great. I am military and live out of state, but Cara was able to get a renter in my property almost immediately. Ever since taking over my property she has done the ground work to make sure my property and tenants are being taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a property manager.

We called Cara to take charge of leasing our carriage house. Cara won our confidence in our first meeting with her wonderful outgoing personality and knowledge of the Savannah real estate market. Cara with Mopper Property Management has been wonderful since day one. She is quick to respond to my emails and calls (even on weekends when I don't expect to hear back until Monday)! Maintenance requests are quickly attended to and Sean, our maintenance person is always very professional. Great communication from this property management. They really care about our concerns and have done a great job making sure we get what we pay for!

Cara at Mopper is fantastic.l She was super quick to respond to my initial inquiry, the application process was easy and non-invasive (I feel like so many rental companies ask super invasive questions nowadays) and she was fun to work with. We can make quick easy payments online. Every issue we've had since we moved into the house has been dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with.
