Beginning the car repair process can be overwhelming. After the estimator assesses your vehicle, he/she will provide you with a report detailing the damage along with an approximate cost for repairs. If your repair involves an insurance company, our estimator will serve as your liaison to your insurance company's representative.
When you bring your vehicle in for repairs our adjuster will review the repairs on the vehicle, examine any pre-existing conditions that are present at the time of drop off as well as address any concerns you may have about the repair process. If desired, we will give you a rough estimate of how long your vehicle will be in our shop.
We understand that life can be busy and a extra trip back to our shop may not be an easy feat. Great Experience! Richmond Auto Body, did a fantastic job on my Dodge Grand Caravan! From the moment I walked in I was met with kindness and courteousness as well as extreme understanding from Chris and the secretarial staff. He explained everything in great detail as what would be done and what I would generally expect. He listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed each one. BEST BODY SHOP! They towed me from the accident and gave me a ride home from the body shop. My car was hit bad and they did an excellent job aligning the front fender/bumper/hood. All brand new original parts. Paint job was superb…matched perfectly! My front wheel was smashed under the car and they replaced the entire strut/suspension/control arm, etc. I was afraid it wouldn’t drive straight after the accident, but they did an amazing job with the alignment.
