Dr Hage treats me like I am her aged father with utmost commitment and personal touch. Her diagnosis and care treatment are both superb and professionally done. She discusses my problems with me and works out the solutions with full explanations of the several options, including benefits and disadvantages. She remains my preferred eye doctor of choice.

Bad experience with this doctor (Dr Sami El Hage) and practice. I took my son for an Ortho-k evaluation immediately after the dr’s daughter had seen my son for an eye exam (appointment with Dr Sylvie El Hage was actually very pleasant).
After rushing through the eye exam and repeating everything his daughter did, he asked us to sign up for a treatment plan that was 2x the price discussed a day earlier. When I said I would think about it, the doctor said, “Just put it on your credit card”. Well, thank you for the condescending suggestion! Next, he said we owe him ~$500 for the “consultation”

I've seen Dr. Sylvie El Hage twice now for yearly eye exams and both times were amazing. I strayed once and went to a Warby Parker affiliated optometrist and the difference was stark. Dr Sylvie does the most thorough glasses/contact prescription adjustments I've ever had. I've never felt rushed or left with a prescription that was anything less than perfect. She's also got a great bedside manner. She listens well and has never dismissed any of my concerns. Her experience and expertise is unparalleled. The attached glasses store also has a nice selection and she'll work with you to pick out frames

First time here, I was amazed on how Dr. Sylvie attended me. She took her time and listened to all my questions/concern's. Didn't feel rushed nor pusshy, but I did feel the genuineness and kind hearted person she is! I've seen a lot of doctors while dealing with Keratoconus. I can confidently say she's among the top Dr's I've ever been seen by! Furthermore she was patient with me to achieve the best possible vision. I trully believe i've found a hidden gem!

I have tried more than several eye doctors over the years, both ophthalmologists and optometrists, and Dr. Sylvie El Hage is by far the best one I have ever seen. My oldest daughter and I had back to back Exams, she for contacts and a new pair of glasses for myself. We both felt that Dr. Sylvie was incredibly efficient with the thoroughness and pace of the Exam, and she told us about different characteristics of our particular visions that we never knew before.
We also felt she personally cared about our vision and our health, and she communicated a lot better than most doctors I have interacted

Dr. Sylvie El Hage is the best! Very personable and knowledgeable. She picked out the perfect glasses on the first try! :) Also, Rosa is amazing. She was incredibly helpful with going over my insurance coverage and calling my insurance provider several times to confirm things. I really appreciate her help!

Absolutely love this office and all the staff. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodated my appointment request very quickly. The office is very clean and they received me on time. The doctor I saw Dr. Sylvie El Hage was wonderful!! I never want to see another eye doctor again. I am bringing my entire family to see Dr. Sylvie and recommending her to all my friends as well.
