For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.
The Loop on Greenfield offers thoughtfully designed studio, one, and two bedroom apartments ranging from 400 to 875 square feet, with apartment and community amenities that keep the resident experience in mind. Our online resident portal makes paying rent or requesting service a quick and convenient process, and our friendly and onsite service and management teams promptly respond to any needs that surface.
The Loop on Greenfield offers pet-friendly apartments and welcomes both cats and dogs. You'll both enjoy the many areas nearby to run, play, and meet new friends-including our onsite Dog Park! We have a limit of two pets per home, and some breed restrictions apply. We're confident that your pet will love living at The Loop on Greenfield as much as our human residents do!

Slum Lord management. Maintenance takes forever to get back to you about repairs, will have you waiting all day, and not even show up. Denise needs to stop lying to the tenants. Monique is no better. Angela and Rachael won't be much help either. The Loop Apartments will happily take your rent payments, but they WILL NOT repair your apartment.

I do not recommend living here. I lived here for a year and when looking for a place noticed that the reviews were mixed. I would find somewhere else. The apartment is not well taken care of and although our apartment was “move in ready” there were many faults. The whole bathroom cabinet was hanging off, the blinds continually fell off, the ac barely worked, the oven stopped worked twice on us, the floor was peeling in various places and when I would call the office for needed Maitnence they wouldn’t put in the request. Laundry is in the basement but our basement would flood and water would

4months I have been residing here at The Loop on Greenfield. The only thing I'm concerned about is not having speed bumps throughout the Apartment complex. Cars speed through all the time. I'm afraid someone is going to get hurt. We have quite a few people that takes daily walks in the morning through our Apartment complex. Other than that I have no complaints. It's very quiet. The area is nice.

Unfortunately my move in was not good. My carpet has sticky and hard spots because instead of replacing the carpet they cleaned it. My garbage disposal also just went out and I was told I won’t be given a time frame as to when it would be fixed. Smh also when I went to take my children swimming no one ever mentioned you need a key fob to get into the pool. Other than that it’s been ok I guess.

This place is a mess!! Me and my family have lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years, and as soon as this new management came in, all things went left. When you call them for maintenance they say they will come but never do so. In order to pay rent you must pay an extra $10 just to hand them a check!! And if you pay online you pay $30 extra. Our apartment has so many old features and things that are broken, but they are no help at all. When you do a tour they will paint a beautiful picture for you, but it is simply a cover up. They increase the rent, but make no changes. TOTAL SCAM! Save

Every time I have a maintenance issue it takes them 2-3 weeks to come. Then on top of the delay instead of fixing things they always tell me I need a full replacement. The bar to open my fridge and my meat tray are broken....why do I need a whole new fridge that they haven’t given to me yet. My dishwasher has been down for almost a month. 1 guy came looked said he’d come back and cancelled my service request. Save ur money and time move somewhere else

I have lived here for several years and if I ever have a maintenance problem, Maintenance comes immediately! The grounds are immaculate! I love all the people in the leasing office and there always looking out for my best interest! I love my neighbor’s and love my apartment and what The Loop has to Offer.

I absolutely love the location of my building. We are at the back of the property so there isn't too much traffic moving around. The noise level is very good. We have adequate trash containers by our building which is absolutely fantastic. My biggest complaint is that there is a loud popping noise that happens whenever the heat is on. I assume that it is due to the old pipes. I can live with. it but it is pretty annoying. I never really need to speak with the office staff unless I have a maintenance request. I would love to use the fitness center but due to Covid I am unable to. Overall my experience
