Do not rent from this scam of a company. They are unethical, poorly organized, and only want to take your money for application fees for apartments that are already rented out. BEWARE! On two separate occasions for two separate properties in Victoria Park I made an online appointment to look at apartments. They stated they were still available. On both occasions I showed up and both apartments were already rented and both times people were moving in. They want you to apply before hand because of the competition and market but they’ve already rented the properties out and will take your non refundable

I lived at one of their Fort Lauderdale properties for 4 years even up until they sold the property in October 2020. A few months before that, I paid them $250 for a pet fee (I got a cat in July). It was added to my rent the following month. When all documents were transferred to the new owners, they did NOT transfer over my pet deposit. I recently moved out and had to pay the new owners in regards to my cat when I already paid $250 that should have been transferred over along with my first, last, and security from Mayfaire. This management company charges you more or depending on who you are. I had to pay more of a deposit than everyone else. They tried to get me to pay the electric bill for the whole building. They rent to criminals. I had bugs for 6 months and they did nothing. The police were at the complex everyday and did nothing when other tenants tried to break in my apartment. Then they charged me for the door the tenant broke. Noone gets their deposit back. They make up lies. STAY AWAY from this management company. They're thieves!!!!!

These are the most of professional management company that I have ever rented from. They don’t follow any policy rules they do not give you any information in the timely matter. They do not speak with correct grammar nor do they write with correct grammar, they’re are very unprofessional, Our building was sold to them and we have never met the owners they’ve never came to see the condition of the property to raise the rent almost $300 without a 30 day notice and then when I am contacted by them they tell me to only renew my lease to a month to month and that’s all that they offer

The Mayfair management team is exceptional. I have never had the opportunity to work With a team of professionals that were more responsive, forthright And Swift to execute as promised. I was lucky to come upon an apartment that they had available in Fort Lauderdale when I had literally five days left to complete the application process obtain approval and make the relocation plans happen from New York to southern Florida. I was so fortunate to have had to work with Alex at Mayfair. When my client had to move quick he was on top of everything. As a Realtor, I know how much we have to do to make things happen for a client. He helped us find another unit when the first unit my client was interested in was not available in the same complex and for the same price.
