My first property manager stopped responding after 18 months of luke-warm service and zero paperwork on accounting, year-end summaries, and tenant ledgers. Fearing he'd run off with my rental income, I hired Keyrenter.
Danny professionally and quickly took over the property, contacting each tenant personally and assuring them things would run smoothly from now on. He even managed to convince a squatter (a tenant who was supposed to move out pre-covid but decided to live there for free indefinitely) to move out on his own.

I have a rental property in South Florida, but my primary residence has been out of state for many years. After investigating a few property management companies, I decided to work with Keyrenter because of Danny Schwab's presentation. He was and is attentive, responsive, and incredibly thorough. I receive calls or email responses to my questions almost immediately. Keyrenter's is also extremely detailed with their accounting and reporting. It makes renting out my house effortless.

Keyrenter has been just absolutely great! We were in the process of moving to another state and having to rent two of our properties at the same time. It could have been a very overwhelming experience, but Keyrenter took care of everything. Danny went above and beyond our expectations and helped with every aspect of this situation - way beyond the scope of what is expected of the property management company. Danny and Benjamin are outstanding! I don’t think you could find a better 1-2 Punch! When we wanted to rent Danny was amazing taking care of getting great tenants and screening them like no real estate alone person would do!
