Every association wants its community to look its best. At Exclusive, we will work hand in hand with the Board in maintaining the appearance and integrity of your community. Everyone likes to feel good about where they live and we're here to help every step of the way. Your property manager will perform routine inspections of your community to help maintain its appearance and integrity.
We understand that your Association needs accurate and timely information regarding your community's finances. We will assist you in understanding your community's economic outlook and provide you with options to best manage its finances. The Exclusive team will prepare an initial draft of the annual budget using the current year's history and factoring in any changes that are expected.
Most people don't realize that operating a community's Association is similar to running a large corporation. In some cases, the Association is a multi-million dollar corporation. A cornerstone of every successful business is a sound and closely controlled administrative system. The Exclusive team will develop and maintain a filing system for all of the Association's documents and official records.
We believe that an Association's best interest is better served when the property management company is not the provider of contracted maintenance or repair services for the community. This allows the management company to always handle issues or provide guidance unbiased to the benefit of the Association.

Must be the absolute worst HOA I have ever dealt with. They do not respond to calls or emails and then send you late fees when the check has cleared the account prior to the due date so I dont see where these people come up with these fake fees since i have proof. This is not the first time this has happened either. Terrible company

Went above and beyond to help us Heather is a superstar of EPM! Our AC broke and needed to be removed. The vendor needed to bring the crane on the property to pullout the old AC unit but we needed board approval for that. Usually the review of these kind of requests take some time but Heather took it under her control and we got an approval very quick. Without her assistance God knows how long we’d stay without an working AC. I’m so thankful she went above and beyond to help us solve our issue. Keep it up Heather!!

A very pleasent experience. I own two apartments on building 5 at 2202 S Cypress Bend Dr. I deal with Jessica and Marie, several times and I just have words of praise for them. They are very helpful and very polite, every time. I will recommend Exclusive Property Management over other management companies without a doubt.

Top notch customer service and care I’ve had the pleasure of working with Marie and Jessica for several years. I work with many property management companies and no management company compares to the care and dedication they provide for their communities. In addition to their above and beyond attention to detail, they reply to any questions or concerns within minutes and always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend exclusive property management, as it’s much more than just a job to them.

Excellent Service!!! As a Realtor, I definitely have had tons of experience dealing with Associations and Property Management Companies. Most of those experiences have left a lot to be desired......until now. What a breath of fresh air EPM is. I have contacted them 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and every single time they have been polite, competent and extremely efficient. I am so impressed with this company. Kudos to them for such a great staff!!! Thank you, it's truly been a pleasure.

UPDATED: This update is in response to the company response.
While our community might have had issues, EPM was hired to help get things back in place and the owner promised he could do just that at the interview meeting.
Through the 1 year they were our management company we went through 3 different property managers. One of them was due to the manager not replying to emails and the board asked for a new property manager. The other 3 property managers EPM removed them just as things were starting to get moving and the board had to basically start all over again working with a new manager.

Very satisfied with employees I have been in contact with.
When I call Exclusive I have the option to talk to an actual person, not a recording, if I so choose. These are courteous people who have the answers to your questions. This is in stark contrast to my experiences with our previous management company. I also met our property manager, Mara Carter who happened to be outside with a couple of our board members and was happy to hear that she had immediately started working to resolve an issue with one of the owners in the building I live in. And hopefully, in the not too distant future, myself
