Today, Delmas Diamonds & Jewelers is trusted by customers from throughout north Florida and south Georgia for certified diamonds and exclusive pieces from Yael Design and Belle Etoile, but it started serving a much smaller client base. When Delmas was founded by owner Frank Kapplow over 35 years ago, his primary customers were retail jewelry stores looking for an expert jeweler for repair work.
Buying a loose diamond can be an intimidating experience. It is easy to fall in love with a ring, but trying to choose your dream diamond among a selection of loose stones requires a bit more knowledge than most people have. Actually, a lot more knowledge. Dropped a necklace off for repair and was given an estimate of 10 days, and after no call or voicemail i contacted them and got an eta of a few more days pushed back.
still no contact after that time passed, so i called again and got yet another eta push back.
after 3 weeks of no contact or any real information to help, i took the broken necklace back. brought it to a different jeweler who said it’d be done by the next day! very disappointing.
not sure if they’re understaffed or what, but if looking for repairs or helpful customer service, maybe try someone else first! unless you don’t

We needed a lapel pin for our outgoing President. Every jewelry store and Lapel Pin site told me it would be impossible to complete in our time frame. I’d given up hope by the time I reached out to Delmas. They said “no problem” and designed the perfect piece. Our Past President showed it off to everyone at the event. I would absolutely recommend Delmas to anyone who asked.

There are many good jewelry designers but Frank at Delmas is a master! I recently had him help me design a necklace with stones from my mother’s jewelry. The end product is more beautiful than I ever imagined. I could not be more pleased with the service, attention to detail and final product! This necklace is very special to me. Thank you Frank!

I cannot begin to express how incredible it was to work with Frank at Delmas Diamonds. The pics below are the process from beginning to end. The first photo was the idea that we had for a round stone that was given to my son by his grandmother to be placed in an oval setting. The next two photos are of the computer generated model. The final two pictures are the final outcome of a stunning ring that was exactly what my son was looking for. I will be forever grateful for Frank creating this beautiful ring that my future daughter-in-law will wear proudly.

Frank, owner, and Jeanne were so very helpful and friendly. I know very little about jewelry and we ordered three family birthstone rings from Delma's. The service was friendly and speedy. I was not 100 percent happy with the one for me ordered (from a catalog), and Frank made me feel comfortable exchanging it for a different setting, no questions asked. I am so very happy with the final result. My girls adore their rings as well.

My now husband purchased my engagement ring from Delmas. He and the jeweler spent a lot of time examining various diamonds and bands until he found the perfect one! Thanks for the advice and excellent service buying our engagement ring. I also appreciate you opening up after hurricane Hermine knocked out power, most people would not have come in for this. In short, great ring, great service, great price with no "Salesman" pressure. I will always come back for my jewelry needs.
