Wow! What an amazing experience. We spoke with Brian and he was so kind and empathetic through the whole processing of helping me find an engagement ring with my boyfriend. I tell all of my friends that he wasn't a salesman trying to get me to choose the most expensive item, he was a friend helping us with this whole new process! Highly recommend and can't wait to see the final product!

Have you ever tried to pick out wedding bands during a quarantine resulting from a global pandemic? I wouldn't recommend it, but having gone through it, I couldn't recommend the Gem Collection more.
Brandon helped my fiance select my engagement ring and then resized it to fit me perfectly. When we needed wedding bands we knew exactly who to go to. He went above and beyond for us. My fiance found his band quickly, but I needed a bit more help. Brandon emailed me pictures of rings and ordered a couple of wedding bands in for me to try on. I have been shopping for Pandora jewelry with Gem Collection for several years now. The customer service is exceptional, I am always greeted with a smile, everyone is helpful and the services offered after purchase are wonderful. I have had my bracelets cleaned and redesigned at no charge, and when I needed my battery watch changed it was taken care of at no cost as well. I love The Gem Collection! My husband purchased my engagement ring here, and we both also bought our wedding bands from them. They are so helpful and friendly every time we have visited. Brian was so patient and knowledgeable when I was searching for the perfect engagement ring, and he was able to determine my style and point me in the right direction. As a jewelry novice, I also appreciate that they're always willing to answer any and all questions I might have. Lastly, you also get free cleanings any time you wish for your jewelry after purchasing, which I love! I highly recommend them!

I recently had a ring resized here. The ring had to go up 3 sizes and I was cautioned that the design on the ring might look different on the resized part. However upon picking it up you cannot tell where the resizing occurred and the design looks exactly the same as it did before. Bravo! Giving only a 4 star rating because I had to wait a month on the service put I'm sure that is due to them being in high demand because they are so good at their job.

Have been here several times buying charms for my wife's Pandora bracelet. They have always been very helpful.
Went in recently to have my new watched sized (have a link taken out), which I received as a gift. At the same time, my wife needed a new battery in her watch. Neither item was purchased there - and they certainly didn't recognize me from my 4-5 small purchases over the past 3 years. I never mentioned that I every shopped here before.
We went in with our kids and they told us the sizing would be free and the watch battery would be about $12. He sized my watch twice until it

Let me start by saying... Ive heard absolute horror stories about the gem collections and my one experience I had there years ago was not a pleasant one.
Ive avoided this place at all costs due to previous experience until last week. I have a Pandora bracelet and was looking to purchase an additional one for a friend and the other two Pandora retailers in town did not carry the charms I wanted and I had heard that the Gem Collection had the largest collection in town, so I just decided to give it another try.
