I walked in during my lunch and was instantly greeted and assisted! I thought I hurt one of my prongs and the attendant who assisted me was able to confirm the issue, tell me they could indeed fix it for me, and she took it to their back area as I wandered around. Less than 5 minutes later she returned with my ring no longer sharp and sparkling like new! She cleaned it! Just overall incredible service. While I was waiting I spotted a gorgeous emerald wedding band that I intend to come back for! Would highly recommend this jewelry shop to anyone!

This place was amazing, I walked in and actually was spoken to by someone who was warm and friendly. I walked around until someone could help me because of people in front me, the nice lady came and helped me and knew what I was looking for when I told her. The went and looked for some extra links because I have a bigger wrist for a bracelet I wanted to get. The gentleman was able to get it fixed and same day service. You talking about a great business and family owned. They also have some amazing things to look at when you wait for help. I will come back and shop here. Also this was my first visit

I have experience getting a custom item made, purchasing a vintage item, and bringing in items for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. Highly recommend for all of these things! Just the best people to work with. Never had a bad experience. I wish I had reasons to use their services or shop there more often!

I had a damaged ring repaired and a new stone added; they were very courteous, worked on reasonable time frames, were not pressuring when presenting a range of pricing options. In other words, they'll find something you like at a lower cost and don't come off as pushing for an up-sale. The finished product was excellent and my wife was very happy. The price we paid was fair for what we got/not obviously in excess. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience! We came in several times to choose a new setting for an engagement ring and were always met with wonderful service and helpful advice. We never felt rushed to make our decision, and when I expressed that I liked one best but wished it didn't have settings for extra side stones, they unexpectedly told us it would be easy to customize exactly how I wanted.
