Hello there, my name is Carolina and I am the founder of Yogaleena Studio & Boutique. I want to personally welcome you to our lovely hOMe and thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this yoga studio and community. I fell in love with yoga 11 years ago when I was juggling a stressful corporate job, an MBA program at Georgetown University, and all of the messy emotions of being a single gal in my 20s.
Our cozy, small group classes (pods) offer students a uniquely intimate, personalized, and rich learning experience. Limited to 8 participants, pods follow a specific curriculum and give students the opportunity to learn a variety of new skills and concepts, ask questions, play with props, receive personalized assists, create, discuss, and share their growth with a supportive tribe of like-hearted seekers.

We specialize in personalized, magical, and intimate group gatherings, so our max capacity for studio pods is 8. Please register online in order to be guaranteed a spot. Please cancel your reservation if you will not be attending so that someone else can practice. The door will be locked 5 minutes after class starts in order to provide our students with the most relaxing experience.
We're thrilled to offer a wide variety of virtual pods so you can practice from the comfort of your own home! Please make sure you checked yes to receive schedule/reminder emails from Yogaleena in order to receive the automatic confirmation email with the link.
We have decided not to livestream our in-studio yoga classes in order to ensure the highest quality experience for our yogis, wether they are practicing with us in person or from their own living rooms.Teaching to a room and teaching to a screen require very different set-ups, cues, and even sequences!

I was a member at Yogaleena for over a year and I loved it! The ambience is exactly what one would want from a yoga studio. I always felt so much peace when I was there and the classes made me so much healthier. The owner is a wonderful woman and the instructors are all amazing. It was sad when I had to leave due to the Covid pandemic and I'm sad to know they're closing. I wish them all the very best in the future!

Very clean and tidy place, though tiny. That is okay - it is still very relaxing. Teacher was really nice and very helpful with modifications...she asked the class about certain pain or anything that would delay or hinder someone from doing a particular pose and she assisted when needed. The place is located upstairs in a business park. Cubbies are there to place your items while class is in session, which are limited so it is encouraged you get there early to catch a spot and get equipment ready (that they provide) for your session. For the Restorative class there as a wide range of personalities

Carolina and the crew at Yogaleena are dedicated and on top of their game. Administratively, Carolina has always addressed any concerns I had promptly and always to my satisfaction. With the classes, there are a variety of classes from beginner classes to advanced classes. There's a class for anyone. The class size is just right and the instructors care about their students. Not to mention, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, charming, and most importantly relaxing.
I would recommend people try out Yogaleena. It's good, and it's a locally owned business with good service and reasonable

What a lovely studio! I joined using their $30 for 30 days promotion assuming I'd like it fine and it's a great price to try a new place. But after 2 classes, I'm absolutely in love with it. Wonderful vibe, lovely and kind teachers, friendly classmates, and really beautiful and calming studio all around. I highly recommend and will continue to take classes here myself after my promotion price ends.

It got the job done. Did an 0800 class & went in because I recently had a trip where I spent a lot of time in the car & as a result, my shoulders were super achy. We ended up doing the hatha yoga class, which was exactly as advertised; it's more of a slower paced stretching class with no background music present. After the 60 minutes, I did feel some temporary relief of stress in the shoulder area.
However, the yoga studio is small & there's no official foyer area. Our instructor forgot to lock the door so some people came early for the 0900 class & it disrupted our yoga

Yogaleena is a quaint studio that takes you away from the hustle & bustle of Houston. Carolina is the sweetest and has the most soothing voice. Yogaleena is not an intense studio full of athletes, they are every day people coming from all types of ages & backgrounds. I like that this studio is not overcrowded where you are directly against your neighbor.

A friend recommended this yoga studio as her new lovely and nurturing yoga home. I agree totally! I have attended 4 classes, yoga flow, power on the go, yoga sculpt and seniors yoga. I met 4 teachers, all unique, caring and strong. I love the space also. It is creatively decorated, yet inviting. They also have excellent props to use in the practice. I hope to make Yogaleena my new yoga home.

I found about this studio through Class Pass and now I regularly come to practice yoga here.
I like this studio better than some of the ones in Houston because it's way less crowded. You never have to worry about squeezing mat to mat and potentially bumping into your neighbor.
I usually do the powerful flow classes and they are heated to a nice temp but not too hot/humid like some of the other studios.
I also like the interior decor of the studio, it gives me something to look at while holding difficult poses.
The instructors are all very nice and have wonderfully soothing voices

I've attended two classes here both with Stacy. I really enjoy her slow flow + meditation classes which are both inspiring and a good work out.
The studio is clean and my interaction with the women that work there has always been pleasant.
I enjoy trying different classes, as each teacher offers something different to their students. But I'm happy to know I can always hop in a class at Yogaleena and feel at home.

It's been over a year since I began practicing here and provided a review. I don't review often yet I think Yogaleena deserves this review after a year of flowing consistency. I cannot say enough about this studio, the owner, and the community they attract. The studio is clean, adorable and filled with zen energy. We laugh often and are always glad to see each other. I look forward to each class and the balance this has brought to my life is incredible. You don't even realize how hard you are working since the instruction is sprinkled with stretching and moments of chill.

Love this place!
So I'm not a very flexible man..so when my cousins asked me to try yoga..it was a definite no. However I wanted to try something new and fell in love with yoga sculpt classes *in atx*
It was actually kind of difficult to find yoga sculpt classes in Houston, so when I randomly came across of yogaleena I was thrilled. At the same time I wasn't so sure of how this was going to turn out since I wasn't "skilled" at this and would be a stranger in a strange place. But the instructors were very nice, very welcoming, and assured that I would be able to keep up

A great, intimate yoga experience in a great location. Yogaleena is located on Shepard in the Shepard Oaks shopping center. Be warned that depending on what time you go, parking can be a mess. That is the only CON to visiting this shop, but I am certain if you wait a minute someone will leave and you can have their spot, should you visit in the evenings after work!

I attended the YogaSculpt class last week. Thanks ClassPass for always introducing me to such great studios! The studio was easy to find (in the Randall's shopping center at the corner of Westheimer & Shepard - upstairs near the dumpling place) and parking was easy.
The class was not crowded at all and the instructor was very friendly and welcoming. Perhaps this is my fault but I didn't really know what to expect based on the description so I was a little confused by the format of the class. We started with yoga, then did some weights, then some cardio, then back to yoga, then back

Yogaleena is an awesome studio which is located in the same shopping complex as Auntie Chang's Dumplings. I heard about Yogaleena a long time ago when I received a notification via tidbits. I wanted to check it out but didn't really have the time to because of my schedule but then I got into trying out various studios via ClassPass and this is when I became a huge fan. Carolina is a very professional and very helpful instructor (also, the owner). Her classes are always full of energy and you always feel welcome even if you are not one of the regular people in the studio. I tried a few

I love this studio! It's become my home away from home. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming! The environment and community is the same. At yogaleena it doesn't matter what you're wearing or how cool your poses are. It's about mindfulness and loving yourself and having fun. The space is adorable and the perfect size for a good sized class. You won't be one of 50 you'll be one of 10-20 so the instructors can focus on giving ever person attention and assistance if need be. I could go on and on but I'll stop. Just come check it out and stay after class for some tea and cookies and great conversations

Hands down the most aesthetically beautiful studio I have ever been to. I have adored every class that I have gone to. I just wish they were closer to where I live!
Also went to a fantastic meditation workshop there. They are always hosting cool workshops for runners, goals, meditation, etc. I even went to a fun birthday celebration there.

I have been to nearly every yoga studio in Houston (always loving inexpensive newbie rates) and I've finally settled into my favorite studio, Yogaleena. At first I was nervous with the smaller classes because it so uncomfortable to be called out when you do a pose incorrectly, but this is definitely a "no-pressure" atmosphere! Each class offers something different and you have the flexibility to push yourself further, or simply flow to relax. Even though I sweat a lot during each class, I never feel like the routines are unachievable.
Parking can sometimes be an issue, so I always
