Services
Methods of payment will be discussed at the facilities during the pre-admission evaluation at the hospital, so that each patient is fully informed of costs before admission. Payment may be made by Medicare or Medical Assistance. Most other insurance plans also participate with this level of care and assist with payment when all criteria for admission are met.
A skilled nursing facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to patients under the orders of a licensed physician. Patients can be admitted from a hospital, another post-acute care provider, or directly from an emergency room or home. Patients typically require a high level of medical care and assistance.
Our Center for the Memory Impaired provides a modern, fully equipped facility designed especially to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for those with a sometimes frightening condition: memory impairment. All staff members, from RNs and LPNs to maintenance and housekeeping workers are specially trained to understand the unique needs of memory impaired residents.
