Weddings, Birthday parties, Cocktails, Brunches and Bachelorette parties are our specialties. Up until 11 years ago I was not a chef. I was not really even a cook; I was an admirer and an eater: my experience never went beyond eating in restaurants and admiring great chefs. Growing up in Turkey I was encouraged to get a degree (and cooking was certainly not considered a valid option) and I ended up being a teacher.
I liked my job and the lifestyle it allowed me to have. However, I kept feeling that I was missing out on my true passion. Then, I moved to US and started thinking about going back to school and it hit me "I can go to Culinary School and become a chef." That is exactly what I did. I cooked, I learned and I fell in love with it.

Services
What I offer you is fine dining experience in the privacy of your home or your venue. I can create menus for weddings, single meal events, multiple days for families and groups, and medium-sized events as well. I work directly with you to execute an exciting menu for your perfect experience. My focus is to create the best possible dishes for your special meal.
Chef Gulen did an incredible job! The food was absolutely delicious - especially the appetizers and starters (which can often be overlooked). She was very friendly and kind. Not only did she cook a lovely meal (in our airbnb that was lacking in terms of appropriate kitchen tools) but she plated it beautifully and she stayed after to clean up.
