Having lived and worked across the globe, his cooking style has been influenced by a variety of cultures. If I could choose ten stars, I would. We recently had Fusion Flair cater our daughter's destination wedding in Palm Springs and the food was amazing! We worked with Tony and Chef Heng to define the menus for appetizers, a spectacular dinner and for brunch the following morning. After the flawless tasting trial in October, our daughter started telling guests to bring their stretchy pants because the food was going to be delicious! Fusion Flair did not disappoint. Even when the weather threw us a curveball (rain), Fusion Flair worked with our venue to adjust plans and made it all turn out

Attended an 80th birthday party yesterday catered by Fusion Flair, and the experience could not have been better. The food was out of this world, and the staff was extremely professional. I was so lucky to get a referral to Fusion Flair from an event planner in Palm Springs. My husband and I rented a house there for a group of close friends so we could celebrate my 70th birthday in Palm Springs style. Fusion Flair provided the personal-chef multi-course dinner for 6 that was the highlight of our week. Just a few emails and phone calls with Tony got us to a fabulous menu and beverage plan. I had an after Christmas party for about 25 people on December 28th. The food and service from Fusion Flair was absolutely FABULOUS !! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Chef prepared an array of delicious appetizers which were passed around to guests. The guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. They get an A+ in our book and wouldn't hesitate to use Fusion Flair for any kind of gathering !!

We are beyond happy that we chose Tony and Chef Heng to cater our 130-guest Palm Springs wedding earlier this month. Everything was so delicious (we had tray-passed appetizers and a seated dinner), and many of our guests came up to tell us how much they loved the food. Tony and Heng have impeccable taste and style, and we really felt like they cared about our special day. We found Fusion Flair on the Internet and I have to say that I was a bit skeptical at first; however when Tony called back and we reviewed the need for our party he assured me that everything would be fine. After all the other caterers took a few days getting back to me via Email, Tony took the time out of his busy schedule to call me right away the next day. He wanted to make sure he understood what we were looking for, which doesn't always come out clearly on Email exchanges. Fusion Flair catered my wedding last month and we loved them. We had called around to multiple caterers for prices and sample menus, Fusion Flair gave us some fantastic options with really reasonable prices.
