James was incredible and the food was outstanding! He prepared a taco bar for 30 and the meat was so tasty and tender and the quac was off the hook good!

James, Freedom and the team were absolute lifesavers! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect crew. With just under two weeks notice, they created a beautiful full-day experience for my birthday, accommodated off-menu requests, multiple diet restrictions, designed a tablescape, and even brought our dreams of custom cocktails to life—with a great vibe, competitive pricing, and sense of humor along the way. We were so grateful, and enjoyed every moment and meal. I struck out a few times with some less responsive local chefs, but everything happens for a reason and I will absolutely use DesertDine

We had a wonderful experience with Desert Dine catering a 40th Anniversary lunch! The taco bar was very tasty and had all the fixings! Both the chicken and beef were tender and flavorful. James set up everything and also cleaned up the kitchen and dishes! What a treat . We highly recommend them!

We booked Desert Dine for a bachelorette party and they were wonderful! Very responsive and detail oriented. They went above and beyond! Even offered to go get more wine for us since we were running low. The charcuterie board appetizer was a delicious start to our meal! I could not recommend this group enough! Thanks for making our night so special!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Desert Dine!! James was a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our catering needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that our event dinner was exactly what we wanted, helping us coordinate from across the country up until the day of when we arrived at our venue. THIS IS THE WAY TO GO !!! Desert dine chefs are AWSOME !!! We went to Palm Springs on a much needed mini getaway and hired desert dine to do our meals ( I’ve posted just a few pictures ) everything was amazing … James , Jeffery , and Freedom were such a pleasure to have shared this experience with . From day one James was so friendly , professional , and kind felt like we were old friends , we had so many changes in our menu before our arrival date and James just went with the flow through it all .. the crew was amazing and the food was so so so yummy every bite of it .. I hired Desert Dine for my Palm Springs trip for a friends 30th birthday dinner. We stayed at a Airbnb and had them set up in our rental. Desert Dine was a very easy catering company to work with. James and Freedom are incredibly sweet and very responsive. Overall, had a great experience. Broke down a few things:
Food: food was amazing and felt light (but we were still full!). We loved the variations of food genres in each course and everything was so tasty. Due to some food allergies in guests, DD allowed us to have varied main courses for a few people. Also, we opted in for full service/individually

We recently hired Desert Dine for a family Easter dinner. The food was delicious!!! We chose two different main courses along with several appetizers. While the food was outstanding the presentation was equally as perfect. Chef Freedom has extreme attention to detail and everything was presented beautifully. The icing on the cake was all was cleaned up nicely without my lifting a finger. I highly recommend treating yourself to desert dine. Now that I’ve had the pleasure of working with them I plan to use them frequently.

Amazing experience! Worked with James to set up the event. I wanted to throw a brunch at the house we rented in Palm Springs for a bachelorette weekend. I told him exactly what I wanted and he promptly put together a menu and quote for us. Closer to the event he connected me with the chef Jeffrey who was prompt, professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. He even arrived with balloons that matched our decor for the weekend and of course amazing food! I booked a private breakfast with Desert Dine for my sister's bachelorette. I am giving them 3 stars because there was a balance of negatives and positives. At first, I was in contact with James. I asked for a quote and he was very helpful at first. We talked on the phone and he said he would get me a quote the next day. 2 days passed and I had not heard anything, so I reached out to him again. He took a while to respond and told me he would get it to me by the end of the day. Again, he did not get back to me so I reached out again. He told me he would get back to me at the end of the day

We booked Desert Dine to cater for a private party we had over Christmas at our holiday villa. The food and service were amazing and we were delighted as it was a last minute booking, so we did not know what to expect. Wow were we impressed! Will definitely book again. Thank you guys for making our party such a success.
