At Spark Salon, service pricing varies depending on which of our talented stylists you choose to see. In order to accommodate a variety of guests and beauty budgets, we use a level system to help you choose a stylist who is right for you.
To reserve your appointment, please follow the link provided to our online scheduling. You will be able to select your desired time of day, day of the week as well as a specific stylist. You should receive an email confirming that your appointment has been reserved. All reservations require a credit card on file.

I ended up paying 90 bucks for my teenager to get a haircut. Their scheduling system is all messed up. They will charge you 35 for booking and then another 50 on day of service. I have never been so ripped off in my life ! I called to see if they could do anything, refund, credit back , NOTHING!!!!!

Beware, this salon lists very reasonable prices but the add on charges are outrageous. I went in for a root color touch up, a few highlights and a haircut. I saw a level 1 stylist. The base for the highlights and cut was $144.00. No problem there. However in addition I was charged $28 for gloss (which did nothing) and a 2nd color was $45.00! I paid $217.00 without a tip. The stylist was very nice, but the cut and color were average at best. I know this salon prices by the level of stylist. But these add-ons bring their pricing up way too much. My regular stylist is on maternity leave

Did so much research to find a place that would be good to do something to my hair since I’ve never done anything before. And spark salon was the first to pop up and i read reviews and stuff Took the leap to try it out. Jamie worked with me made me feel so comfortable and was great knew what she was talking about and doing, loved everything about it! Love the atmosphere! Sarah at Spark Salon is AMAZING. She cut my hair for one appointment and did the color consultation. She did the balayage and color at our second appointment. Sarah knows what she is talking about and has the ability to follow through to exceed your expectations. The salon makes it clear on what to expect with the process, time, and cost. Everyone is super friendly and supportive too. Getting an amazing color like this is worth every penny of her expertise! Spark Salon is my all time favorite! I used to go to whatever salon whenever to get my hair done, but once I found Jamie at Spark Salon I never wanted to go to a different salon again!! Jamie does a amazing job on hair colors and cuts, always giving my tips on how to style my hair and what products to use that will benefit my hair the most. She provides excellent customer service with her bubbly personality, and is through when explaining what we are doing with my hair before and during the appointment! I love seeing her and she does amazing work!

I love this salon. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and beautiful. My hair has never looked or felt better. I use the products suggested by Heather and I'll never go back to anything else. Also my haircut always turns out great. I think it is worth it to spend a little more to get great results and service. You can also ask for a level 1 stylist and spend a little less. I'm sure they will also provide a great haircut since Spark has very high quality standards.

Terrible customer service. disrespectful cancellation policy. They will charge $70 from your card without any notice or call if you miss an appointment. Otherwise they will call you 10 times if need anything from you but keeping salience while charging you card. Absolutely no respect to customer. Greedy people. strange business management. All our family and 2 our friends will not come to this place any more. They left 6 customers go humiliated. $200 for my hair coloration I gonna spend in other salon. Stay away from this place!

Best Salon ever! I’ve lived in the US for almost 6 years, not even once cut my hair in a salon because I didn’t know if they could deal with my Asian hair. Heather did a wonderful job and I love my new hair style so much and feel pretty and confident. Definitely recommended!

Heather did a wonderful job again! Took a before and after picture to see the big changes. I was a bit nervous to cut my hair during the pandemic. But the salon did great job to screen customers and sanitize used area.

Brooke is hands down one of the best hairstylists I've been to. She actually cares about you as a person and takes the time to talk over every little detail about the cut you're wanting. I dyed my naturally blonde hair black and have been trying to transition back to a natural blonde for the last year. I had a couple recent hair colors and cuts that I was less than happy with. I had my hair absolutely botched at Steller Hair in NE Minneapolis a few weeks ago and I was really desperate to find someone who could correct a horribly bleached & toned balayage by the end of the week...
I found Dani on Instagram and saw that she had a lot of experience fixing other people's messes with a reverse balayage technique. I took a leap of faith and decided to ask for her help.
I was able to get in to her 3 days after my botch-job and she created a blend of colors that was IDENTICAL to my natural root color, hand painted it over the bleach,

I have only gone a handful of times but have been so happy every time. They always do what they can to help get what you want and explain to you what they think will get you there. They are willing to do things they wouldn't have to for example I wanted to donate my hair and they don't do that but my stylist was happy to section my hair off and cut it like needed to donate and sent me home with it in a bag so I could send it in. I highly recommend trying to get Chloe I've gone to her every time I've been there and always left happy!

I'm not sure how i missed this gem all this time. Not only was my stylist, Emilii, on point with her skills, she's a wonderful conversationalist. I enjoyed my time in her chair. Decided to treat myself to an blowout/style for mothers day weekend and was excited to try Spark. Unfortunately had a frustrating experience. Comments from the stylist made me feel like an inconvenience - "not going to go to the trouble of round brush till the end since we're just going to curl it anyway" Style felt stiff and since it was too much of a bother to do a proper blowout she didn't get all of the natural wave out of the top layer - looked frizzy and didn't lay smoothly. I would recommend going here over any other salon in Minneapolis. The stylists know exactly what they are doing and have always made my hair exactly what I envision. When I box died my hair awhile back I had a HORRIBLE outcome where my hair only picked up red....like fire engine red. I spent a year trying to fix it at numerous salons and countless treatments. I came into Spark Salon and within ONE sitting they fixed my hair and returned it to a normal, natural color. Check them out!

Got my hair colored few months back and was very disappointed with the outcome. Went in to get the balayage hair style and didn't turn out anything like it. After washing my hair, the stylist tried combing through my hair with a comb, I have very long hair and all he kept doing was ripping my hair out. I got feed up with it and said do you not have another kind of brush to use instead of ripping/damaging my hair. I found Spark on Yelp and I'm so glad I chose it. My friend and I had done terrible box dyes and needed fixes so we went in and made appointments for the next day. Heather, the owner worked with me to figure out what would be best for what I had done for the color and guided me in my cut.
