While some salons fly by the seat of their pants, we make a plan with you and for you. We'll document each of your visits at Etica Salon, along with ideas, options, and next steps. Why? Because Etica Salon is about empowering each of our clients to achieve the results they want! Enjoy your salon experience and love your hair from your last service to your next service.
Our color services are designed to accentuate your haircut and face shape. Because one color technique doesn't work for everyone, our Hair Coaches will consider your skin tone, natural colors, and current cut to help you achieve your desired result. Our prices vary on the color service techniques and the level of expertise of each Hair Coach.
Because all hair types respond differently, Etica Salon Hair Coaches will help define your desired outcome and choose the right texture service for you. Some of our texture services require a detailed consultation 1-day prior to your actual hair service appointment. A prepaid fee of $25 over-the-phone will confirm your consultation.
Boot Camps are services offered to Etica Salon clients for free following your first service with an Etica coach and stylist. Your STYLE BOOT CAMP is your dedicated time to learn how to style your hair at home as if you just stepped out of the salon - and achieve this in less time than you do now! Why?

Etica Salon is absolutely the best place to go for your hair. Dani is so knowledgeable with how to style your hair. She gets to know who you are and how much maintenance you want to put into your hair. She listens to your wants and understands your hair. She explains styles and color and takes the time to explain the styling techniques in a very simple way so when you leave, you feel confident that you can style your own hair the same way the stylist did it. This place is the absolute gem of Maple Grove/Osseo! I guarantee you'll love your hair when you leave this salon and will keep returning.

Recently started going to this salon and love it! The atmosphere is fun and clean and inviting. I'm seeing Taylor today for my third appointment, and she is amazing! I have more hair than anyone you've ever met, and she has consistently given me my favorite haircuts and helped me love my mane again. She is a clear pro and so much fun to chat with. This is truly a team of professionals. From the moment you sit down in the chair for your first consult, you start to relax when you realize you're in good hands. They listen to every concern you have and never rush you. I have been coming here every three weeks for over a year now and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Danielle is a truly talented stylist and small business owner. She goes above and beyond taking the time to discuss what you really want, what your challenges are and how to best take care of your hair after you leave the salon. I've had several appointments, including hair extensions for my wedding, color/highlights, and cut/style. I'm always pleased! She's also colored/highlighted my 15 year old daughter's hair for the first time. The results were insanely beautiful... photo attached. I HIGHLY recommend Etica Salon!

Very friendly environment and great service. I had a couple of inches off my long straight hair (my hair length was to my chest). The cut was all good.
A cut with Angie was fairly expensive though ($61 for my regular hair cut, not including tips). I had a ten dollar coupon so that brought the total down to $51, without tips.

I'm a salon and stylist hopper... never really found anyone to stick with. I may have found someone now! I tried Etica, and got Elle. She did a great job on my hair. I love it.
My bangs have looked great throughout the grow-out process- unlike how sometimes you have to get frequent trims or it looks crazy.

I used to go to another salon in town but my stylist left. And I was left trying to decide where to get my hair cut.
A friend of mine suggested Etica. I'm glad I tried it out.
Two plus years later I'm still going there. Kari is absolutely wonderful. She's not cheap but not crazy overpriced either. AND...the best part? She knows what looks good. I completely trust her with my style and color.
I've had to go to other stylists at Etica when Kari is on vacation and have been equally pleased.
