I started looking for a home since before COVID. Then housing prices shot out of reach, and I have been doing a lot of work to try and find something I can afford. On the Bigger Pockets podcast, David talked a lot about helping investors in San Francisco. He said he was expanding to new markets, so I decided to give his team a shot.

I can not recommend the David Greene Team highly enough! They are more than your average transactional real estate agents, they are a team of therapists.
After a traumatic experience as long-distance landlords, my wife had many fears and concerns about buying a house especially in the overpriced Bay Area. I knew that paying mortgage-like rents was a waste of money but believed we missed our chance.
We were both resigned to being renters until the market turned again.

I weighed this out very long before posting anything. I am disappointed with David Green as a realtor. The sale of my home was difficult and communication with David was not always professional so much so that he offended my realtor where I was buying my new home. He never apologized for that and as my agent never called to congratulate me on the sale. This was a 650k home that he sold so he made a good commission. I however due to bumbling of the offers and a lack of being clear with the buyer many things got delayed which resulted in delayed in my new home purchase and ultimately cost me over

When you need a realtor that is going to work double time for you, David is your guy. I couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly my home purchase went and David was always there to answer any questions or concerns. I was nervous when my lender wanted a few things on the property repaired before they would fund, but David not only wrote a solid offer in a competitive market, he was also able to get the repairs completed in time to meet my closing deadline. David got our house sold for 15K over our asking price in only 4 days !!! He was extremely helpful when it came to choosing a listing price, deciding on which offer to accept and how to keep the deal moving forward through escrow. David was able to explain the entire process in easy to understand terms and was always willing and available to answer our questions. We did not live in the same city as David and while that would seem to be a hassle, it was anything but that. Most of the documents were sent to us via email and we signed them electronically. Buying your first home is huge life step. From house hunting to bidding wars, the process can be overwhelming and exhausting. THANKFULLY, with David by our side, our first home purchase was more than enjoyable. He stuck through the indecisiveness and the constant location changes.
