Working with Sharleen was great. She was able to help navigate the crazy 2021 summer housing market and get me across the finish line to purchase a personal home in Brentwood.
Sharleen worked the phones to get insight to the homes existing offers and what was needed to get my offer in the running before all the counter offers, due to the sellers market.
She was able to get the offer accepted and was great along the way in calling me if something came up and needed my sign off and just was easy to work with in general.
