My husband and I had such a great experience buying our first home with Ranjit Singh. She was very informative and broke things down so that we were able to easily understand the process. She was always welcoming of our millions of questions and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. Ranjit also has a great sense of humor which was an added bonus when working with her.

The Lucas Group helped sell our home in Monterey as well as buy our new home in Oakley. Their coordination of the two were impeccable. Their professionalism and attention to detail are first class. Buying and selling at the same time can be challenging, especially when one depends on the other. Sandra is amazing!! She works for you to get people in the door to look at your home. She communicates promptly and makes sure you understand the process. Her team does everything they say they are going to do and more! There is no other agent in the Bay Area with her expertise and I would not use anyone else but her!
