As we entered this challenging time during covid-19
Joseph, Jeremy, Bonnie and front desk staff, have been so professional and caring. I love living here the location is amazing close to everything. The building is kept clean and safe. The apartments are spacious and the views and full length windows are amazing.

I had the absolute best experience at One City Place. The building was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was amazing. Our doorman, Matt, was always so helpful and so friendly. It’s also located in the best spot surrounding different restaurants, shops and activities. I miss living here already and wish I didn’t have to move!

I've only been living here for a few weeks, but I've been really impressed with this building and the well-organized way that it's run. The staff, everyone from the doormen and women to the maintenance staff, to the leasing agents, are really friendly and make an effort to know you and get things done quickly. The building is clean and well-maintained. You also can't beat the location in White Plains. I lived in my share of rental buildings in NYC and took a look at the other buildings in the area before I moved here, and I'm really happy with my choice so far.

Living in One City Place the past ten years helped make this some of the best years of our lives. After raising our kids in the suburbs and living at the beach we always wanted to live in the city awhile. OCP is perfect in so many ways. I travel 20 minutes north and my wife takes the train easily into the city. Beyond that, every conceivable retail need is right outside our front door. Dining shopping and entertainment in a great location. Inside we are maintenance free, no grass to cut no leaves to rake and when something doesn't work it's fixed before you get home. I work out every day, sometimes
