The rents are very high compared to the maintenance they do here. The new caretaker thinks his pop owns this place. Everyday he comes up with some new rule just to make the residents life miserable. Very unpolite staff and they have an high handed attitude. If you want any maintenance expect to see the handy man not before 3-4 weeks. The previous caretaker was nice guy. We will be moving out just because of this guy. A number of other also are.
They have one apartment which they show all new people but the actual apartments are full of mold, paint falling from the ceiling because they do not remove
