Apex at 290 is spectacular. This location is just always so clean and tidy it’s always so pleasant to walk in here. The atmosphere has such great energy. Everything is always up to date and serviced never had an issue. The office manager is very polite and shows great concern. TJ is so great goes above and beyond every time.

I lived in this building for 4yrs. We moved out in 2020. Management Team of May, Johnny and Carlos we’re great. The Managers after we’re not good at all. I remember on one occasion the Manager name Stephanie was arguing out loud in corridor with other worker at front desk swearing and in a threatening matter right in front of me. The building looks nice from the outside but inside it’s a hot mess. We we’re told the building would have security. To date no security at this building. We had leak behind Dishwasher. Upon having outside contractors work on problem. The walls had no insulation

I just moved out of Apt 317 - DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. There are issues with water leakage from the windows that I reported back in November (9 months ago) that were never addressed.
Bianca/Management are sloppy and unresponsive. Everything is great until something goes wrong, and plenty of things go wrong with this place.
Couldn't wait to be free of this place and now I'm struggling to even get my security deposit back because Bianca never seems to be doing her job. They'll put all the effort into getting you to sign the lease and then forget about you after that.
DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE!

I was very excited about moving here because the location is an extremely convenient one for me. Plus, I really enjoy the view my apartment has! I have large, sunny windows, looking east and the light floods my space - which i Love!!! I also absolutely Love how pretty the building is, sitting, as it does, on a gentle hilltop. The decor is bright and colorful, modern and up-lifting. There are cheery flower arrangements placed on every floor and this creates an immediate sense of tranquillity. The cabinets in the kitchen feel sturdy and good. The Master Bath is luxurious with a wide walk-in shower

I lived here for almost five years and it was a beautiful building. However, the walls are thin, floors are not wood, windows are not insulated, and the management changes every six months to a year. I lived through four different property managers and only one really took care of the residents, except Mel! The gym was never properly stocked with water or wipes to clean the machines. Bianca was nice but in over her head. The building was not prepared for storms or power outages. You are not told about taxes, parking fees, shared water fees before signing the lease. I lived at the Apex for 3 years. During that time they had three water main breaks that blandly damaged the building and people's property in the storage units as well as their apartments where they had to relocate to rebuild. This all due to improper insulation of the pipes. The mold smell comes from mold growing in the walls because of it. Every year for those 3 years pipes got frozen in the roof and busted.
The other issue is exorbitant electricity bills because again the heat goes right out of the glass door/ windows and poorly insulated ceiling.

Worth bulding I ever lived.
We had about 6 cold days with no heat during
2020 and 2021 they never compensated us for that.
Every day when we take a shower we have hot water for 10-15 minutes and then it gets cold.
We called so many times to speak with costumer service and they never responded to us.
Elevator keeps getting broken all the time.
Dogs yard, and people yard full of dogs waste.
We live in one small bed room and paying them 2500
Dollars based rent, now they want to increase our rent
300 dollars more every month.
Very bad costumer service, very poor service.

Loving the Apex 290. Calvin gave me a great tour and not only sold me on the building but also the area which is equally important. Calvin knows the area really well and is really on top of it, and truly cares about all the residents. Everyone here raves about him like he's family. So far all request and questions have been answered within hours not days, and his constant communication during the leasing process made things effortless. The move was equally as easy. During trying times the Apex 290 has been great! I've been here 3 months and so far so good. This is an update to my previous review. Bianca has really been on-top of it. Prior to the virus her door was always open (She is still there but it's safer for all to communicate virtually instead of face-to-face), and she is always super responsive to emails, and has even made calls to make sure all residents were safe and comfortable. The building of course put safety precautions in place, and I feel more than safe. We even had a power outage in the area due to extreme winds, and the Apex generator was

I strongly suggest renting somewhere else ... anywhere else! This place is not worth the $$$$. My overpriced apartment smells of mold from the dirty water sitting in my washing machine hose, the hallways and stairwell carpets are dirty, the elevators are constantly in need of repair, the indoor garage is home to birds nesting in the ceiling, defecating on vehicles and stray cats live in the trash containers. There is virtually no visitor parking and the staff/management are indifferent at best. Beware of hidden fees, including an additional monthly water bill! Due diligence needed here -there

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!! Yes, I was shouting because I want to encourage anyone to run, run, run from this place and live somewhere else. Just because it is new and the colors look pretty ...it is all a facade. The building is cheaply made, sound echoes from one apartment to the other. Walls paper thin. We have moved 4 times in the last 6 years, renting each time, and this experience was a nightmare. Just received our deposit after moving out and they took it all.
