Services
In the first half of this group, Geoff will lead you through meaningful discussion with other men facing challenges such as relationships, chronic pain, addiction recovery, parenting and overall management of stress, grief, anxiety and depression. In the second half of group, Geoff will facilitate highly effective mind/body relaxation tools to reduce suffering and improve relaxation and better health.
