If I could give NO STARS I would. Do yourself a favor and choose a different tow company if you’re considering. I thought this would be a quick process but they made it more complicated than it needed to be. I called them on November 15 at 8AM to pick up my car roughly 5 miles from their location. On the phone, I asked if he needed the address and he said “No, we tow there all the time.” According to the receipt, my vehicle was picked up at 12:01 PM on November 15. On November 17 at 3:15PM I get a call from Westgate (6 miles from Dean’s) that my car was never dropped off and that my appointment

Came to pick my car almost 3 hours after quoted time. I also called the office twice. The guy partially drove my car, which had a complete flat, on to the lift before using the automatic chains to pull it on the truck. Drove at a very slow pace to get my car to the drop off location before closing. I also had to write in & suggest for him to include pertinent information on the receipt.

I was eating in Raleigh tonight and the battery on my truck was dead, I work for Brann’s wrecker service in roxboro, and the gentleman that came tonight to jump my truck off was awesome and didn’t charge me anything! I called Dean's on a Sunday to meet my daughter in South Raleigh to tow her vehicle to North Raleigh. I can't say enough about the level of service she received. They were on time, kind, professional, and even humorous, which is something needed at this time. The cost was so reasonable. Thank you Dean's for taking care of us. Deans wrecker service is an outstanding company. They go above and beyond with their customer service. We were transporting a boat from NC to Alaska when we had double axel failure on the highway off quarry… road. We limped in to the southeast YMCA and regrouped. Once we purchased a new trailer, Deans wrecker service did the rest with absolute safety, reliability and professionalism. Thank you to you and your team Dean!!!

Special thanks to Jimmy from Dean's Wrecker for going above and beyond helping Exploris Elementary move a heavy playhouse that had been donated to us. I am truly disappointed in the service that I received from this company! I had them tow a vehicle for me. They drop off the vehicle at the location. They did not write down my name or a correct phone number on the drop off envelope with my keys. They also left my car doors unlocked. When I call the company to complain about them not writing my… phone number correctly and no name on the drop off ticket with my keys (for the mechanic to know whose car it was) They were than nice enough to informed me it was not business practices to ask a customer's name.
