I called to see about transferring my meds there because I had gotten my meds from another pharmacy that refused to deliver or mail all my meds. They reviewed all my meds with me by phone and said no problem we will deliver in 3 days. I just got my delivery and 1 med is missing and there is a problem. They knew what meds to expect and should have told me there was a problem over the phone. Instead, a bag missing the med was dropped off with a note.

They just refuse prescriptions ....I used them because they had my Rx in stock always. But they refused to fill it because my Rx is never in stock so I have to go all over greensboro so I go to different pharmacies. Finally I was told they keep it in stock. But because I had it filled elsewhere before they refused it. No stars

Don’t use Friendly Pharmacy unless you’re prepared to be fired as a customer without notice. A couple of my recent prescriptions required prior authorization, so Friendly Pharmacy notified my doctors and I waited. I received the approval letters and called to ask if the prescriptions and was told they did not and to fill elsewhere because they weren’t making enough money off of my prescriptions. That is not my problem. They are an approved cost-sharing pharmacy with my insurance company. If they don’t like what the insurance company pays them, they need to take that up with

Such a wonderful pharmacy! I've been using a big pharmacy chain but I recent switched to Friendly Pharmacy when I discovered that the prices are lower than the chains and costco. Not only are the prices great but the owners and staff are incredible. It really is the best customer service that I have ever experienced in my life (and I used to work in retail)! I think everyone should give Friendly Pharmacy a try.
