Stan Watts is from the Walnut Cove/Germanton area. He graduated from South Stokes High School in 1983. He met his wife, Karen, at UNC-Chapel Hill and graduated from their pharmacy school in 1988. Stan has always been a community pharmacist. He enjoys helping his customers with their medication and insurance needs.
We are pleased to offer alternative packaging to all of our customers! This program allows us to package multiple prescriptions for our customers together by day, time and dosage. Our pharmacists take the difficulty out of taking multiple medications by ensuring that your regimens and dosages are consistent and correct.

I came to the Kernersville pharmacy today to ask a simple question about the Covid vaccination. I was considering it but was curious to know the ingredients in the Phizer, Mederna and Johnson and Johnson shot. I thought it was a simple question. I was then handed a possible side effect sheet. I told the woman I spoke with again, I wanted the ingredients. She then told me she would get one out of the actual box the vial was stored in. She opened it and the paper was blank .She then in a whisper voice showed the pharmacist the blank paper who glanced sideway at me. By now she is getting annoyed with

The pharmacist are always helpful and very professional (** and **) as well as all the other staff. Always greets customers with a smile and always extends for us. They helped me find diabetic cough syrup. They always try to save me money. The guy that waited on me the other day was very helpful and in such a "jolly" mood. It spilled over on me. What a great team in the store and the pharmacy.

I guess if you’re getting a vaccination or standard prescription, Kernersville Pharmacy can handle that. Unfortunately, they were not able to handle a compound for an infant and were extremely rude and disrespectful. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance and the doctor’s office to make sure everything would go as smoothly as possible for the pharmacy. After being told by my insurance that everything was taken care of on their end and that the pharmacy should be filling the prescription, I followed up the next business day. Stan repeatedly called me the wrong name and took his frustrations

My wife and I went here for our covid boosters and flu shots over the weekend. We had never been here before but will absolutely be going here for all our flu shots and other vaccinations going forward. It was so much more chill then Walgreens or CVS. The guy working the counter and the woman who administered the shots were both very friendly and professional.

My wife and I have been doing business with Kernersville Pharmacy since they first opened. They are - by far - the best pharmacy in town and the best I've ever done business with. They fill your prescriptions quickly (often same day) and the staff is always exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. I always get my flu shot here each fall and it is always a quick and easy process. Forget the chain drugstores and support this locally-owned business. You'll be glad you did!
