Richard was very responsive throughout the entire process. He was flexible with scheduling, as our house was scheduled for inspection and then told it was not ready. When Richard came to do the inspection he was very through and noticed things that I had not even seen but where in plain sight. He used a drone to take pictures of the tile roof as well so they could be included in the report. He was very prompt in getting us the report as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest quality inspection.

Mr. Rick is the BEST inspector in El Paso ~!! Great job on our home inspection. I was really appreciate for the great tips on our new house. After reviewing various inspection services, we decided to contract with FYI Property Inspection. We were fortunate to reach Rick with an unexpected open schedule. He was able to go the next day. He agreed to call us as he was nearing his inspection and called as agreed. When we arrived, he went over all he had found, and what he would be submitting in his report. Rick was extremely thorough, comprehensive and noticeably knowledgeable on current codes, regulations and often completed more than was required. Richard performed a final new home inspection for me and I was very impressed with his service. He spent a full day (compared to 2 hours from a prior inspection I had with a bulk inspection company) inspecting my home. Not only did he thoroughly inspect every item and explained with significant detail, but throughout the course of his inspection he took the time to interact with the technician's installing my A/C unit and had them add insulation that was missing.
