El Paso Integrity Corp LLC formed in 2015 in El Paso, TX. Five years ago we were just husband and wife. Over the last five years we have added 12 TREC Inspectors along with a Director and Assistant Director of Operations. In 2020 we expanded into the Las Cruces and Ruidoso, NM offering detailed inspections at affordable prices.

The entire outside perimeter of the home, including building orientation and vegetation affecting shade and windbreak, are inspected. We are looking for potential air leakage, including doors, windows, skylights, roofing, chimneys, attic, siding, and heating/air-conditioning units. The exterior inspection of your home includes evaluating the general condition and construction and for any safety issues that may exist.

My home inspection was scheduled for 0900. Our home is a new build, but weren't expecting many issues if any, but rather be safe then sorry. When I arrived, Mr.Alberto Salinas had already begun performing his inspection. The areas inspected were Structural Systems, Electrical Systems, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Appliances, and Landscape Irrigation Systems( which we didn't know we had). We also opted for a Sewer Inspection and Termite Inspection. Mr. Salinas had a great attitude and was willing to answer any questions that I had. After the inspection, he advised

Highly recommend! Chad was our inspector, he was extremely respectful and thorough throughout the entire process. The report was detailed, provided photos of the deficiencies and outlined recommendations for corrective action.
