I have to agree with the other reviewers like on Google how exposed you are in this office setting where everyone is able to see and hear everything. The area for each patient is basically see-thru and exposed to the one next to it, and comparable to about the size of a restroom stall, tiny. Dr. Katz was talking loudly in front of the whole office, lobby, and nearby patients about things that were very private about patients she apparently had no problem embarrassing. The staff here take the time to explain each procedure to ensure their patients are comfortable and informed. We are seen timely for each appointment and are treated respectfully by all staff, and never surprised by any hidden fees. They were able to ease my young daughters fears and dried her tears simply by taking a few moments to talk her through what was scaring her. I highly recommend Silver Lake Orthodontics!

Dr Katz and crew are amazing. My daughter was supposed to be in Invisalign for two years, they had her done in 17 months. Her smile is brilliant. We had some bumps along the way the her aligners being stolen with her backpack. But we were able to get new ones fast and got her back on track. I believe this is the best place for orthodontic care in the Seattle area.

In between patients, Dr. Katz noticed a little dog sitting with her human in the waiting room, and she took the time to bring the dog a bowl of water! I am currently in braces and have had the best experience at this office. For someone who was scared to get braces they made this process a breeze. The assistants and Dr. Katz are always answering my questions and making sure everything is going good. I am so glad I finally decided to do this and I’m happy I chose this office!

Everyone in this office is so friendly and professional. They explain things clearly so I understand exactly where I’m at and what we need to do to get my teeth straight. I went in with questions about my Invisalign and they were willing to do anything to make me happy. My 11 year old daughter has high anxiety and Dr Katz was able to work on her expander without any tears. Amazing talent at this office.

This is such a beautiful office. Dr. Katz is so wonderful, she makes sure you understand everything and she creates such a welcoming atmosphere in the office. Dr. Katz and her team are a bunch of positively lovely humans. Their costs are affordable, and everything is included in their braces packages - wax, sore mouth rinse, emergency appointments, etc. The nice lady who handled my appointment today was super gentle when I was terrified of getting hurt and not a scratch was incurred (just a thicker wire!).
All of the wonderful ladies do everything they can to ensure your needs are met for your smile. The wires sometimes feel like they're poking, so they file them down until they're comfortable. My brackets have also been pushing into my lips

Well... the Yelp! And Google reviews don't lie! From the making the appointment to the moment you are walking through the door you are treated like family. Everyone's got that Starbucks, Nordstrom's type of customer service... that alone gives me their business. So far, I have only gone through the consultation process which I felt was thorough and honest. I felt they heard what I expected and needed and they provided me their thoughts. We developed a treatment plan and next thing you know I'm making an appointment to get adult braces. Cheers for a year long transformation.

Sliver Lake Orthodontics is such a positive place! They are warm and have great patience with both of my kids. They are very knowledgeable in laying our treatment plans and cost.
