Sullivan Bastian Orthodontics did a better job on straightening my teeth as a middle aged person than my orthodontist did when I was a kid, and my case was really complex. They ARE the premier Invisaligners office. They corrected my teeth in ways that I didn't think were possible with Invisaligners.

My son just had a complementary first exam, and we spoke to Dr. Sullivan. It was actually the 3rd orthodontist that we've visited(just wanted to visit a couple before deciding), and although the other two were good too, Dr. Sullivan has definitely left us the best impression. He was kind, patient, and answered to all our questions without any rushing, and was really respectful to our needs. We particularly liked his minimal invasive approach, which we look for for any medical treatments. We are still not sure whether to start an orthodontic treatment, but if we do, we would definitely come back

Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Bastian and the entire care team have been wonderful! They were transparent with explaining the different treatment options, offered up-front pricing and flexible payment terms. I'm currently 8 weeks into treatment with Invisalign (Premier Aligners) and everything is progressing well. The friendly staff make the follow-up appointments very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're like to straighten your teeth at any age.

So far the experience for my daughter (and me) has been nothing but professional, caring and kind. They spoke to my daughter directly asking, explaining to guide her through the process of getting the smile she sought. First of course they are better than cheap mail in aligners. The mail in aligners do not fit well, lopsided, can cut into gums, the plastic retainers were not high quality,
Invisaligners is more expensive. Because you are actually checking in, and doing things like taking updated xrays, most likely will finish the treatment and worth it in the end. Regular braces offers 100% guarantee, no self discipline, it's mindless, thousands less, faster. But, I will say that regular braces make it much harder to floss and brush, and will leave stain for a at least a few months after removal. Invisalign

The entire staff is wonderful! From the moment you walk-in you're welcomed and greeted with so much kindness. Every single person is so nice and intelligent. Dr. Sullivan, Bastian are amazing and very sweet. They take the time to explain all my concerns and answer all my questions patiently.They study my case and figured a way to make it work without having me remove any teeth. The orthodontists and staff at Sullivan Bastian are incredibly professional and excellent at what they do! Both my daughters have had such great experiences! We have been going to Sullivan Bastian orthodontics for a year. So pre-Covid and during. They have been very responsive to phone calls, they set up virtual appointments during Covid to keep track of their patients and since we've been able to go back to in person appointments I've been impressed by their cleanliness and adherence to guidelines. I have two girls who recently completed treatment, and I am still in the process of completing my treatment. Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Bastian, and the technicians truly care about their patients. We have been patients here with Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Bastian for many years. Two with braces and one with Invisalign. We are treated like family here and this entire office is so friendly, highly professional, state-of-the-art, and go out of their way to make patients feel well taken care of. My daughter just got her braces off today and we couldn't be happier. The staff is thorough and courteous. We started the process prior to COVID but when it hit, they were quick to develop protocols to protect clients and staff. They are conveniently located in the Mill Creek Town Center. My daughter is getting her retainer on Thursday. She will still have some follow up visits but we are both happy with how her teeth turned out.

When your pediatric dentist recommends your 7 year old has a consult for orthodontia you run don't walk! Days later we were into Dr Sullivan's office meeting with him and Ida and our plan was in place! We had a lousy experience to say the least with our first expander and a super sensitive/anxious kiddo but Dr Sullivan replaced that with a W arch expander and we were back in business. End of August she had a couple braces put on her front teeth as we were waiting for a couple of pesky incisors to come in and we were quickly seeing changes in her mouth. My son and daughter goes here for their braces. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly. They are available any time in case of emergency and even on short notice. The price maybe a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. One more nice thing about this clinic is they give something back to their patients by organizing events and contest.

I am 58 years old and decided to pursue invisalign braces due to some shifting of my teeth. Although Mill Creek is not exactly close for me, my dentist assured me that I would be very happy making the trek as she has taken both of her kids there and has has been extremely happy.
I was concerned about feeling a bit out of place around all the teenagers getting braces; however, from my very first visit, the entire office was very friendly and always made me feel very welcome.

I don't write many reviews and as you can see from my previous ones, they are usually to complain, so I found it only fair to put something out there when I am beyond impressed, so here goes: I am writing as a parent whose first child is just about to get his braces off - a big deal! Cons: more of a fit issue for me. He has a high volume practice so I felt a little like just part of the crowd, felt very pressured to make a large deposit on first visit, understood treatment goals but not why he wanted to proceed in certain way (prefer to be more of a partner in my child's care).
I tend to prefer smaller practices with a more individualized sense of service, especially for the amount of money we would be spending for orthodontic care, so did not follow up after the initial consultation.
