Matt is one of the two founding partners of DA VEGA | FISHER | MECHTENBERG LLP and a second generation California lawyer. After being raised in the Sonoma County area and attending colleges at the University of California Santa Barbara and law school at the University of San Francisco, Matt has litigated cases throughout the country while working for national Plaintiffs firms like Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein.
Ted is an equity partner of DA VEGA | FISHER | MECHTENBERG LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Ted worked in the SF Bay Area, Washington state, and Ventura where his practice focused on commercial litigation, product liability, insurance bad faith, and personal injury matters. Ted's legal career began in the Bay Area where he worked for two civil litigation defense firms handling all types of personal injury matters.

I am impressed, and almost disappointed that the kind of law they did, was not what I needed. I found them through Google search looking for a Attorneys and filled out the information online letting them know what my situation was, and Matt notified me right away if this does not kind of law they practice. So, when I tapped him back with several emails, he was kind enough to respond with very good information that was very helpful to me. Matt was awesome - starting with getting back to me very quickly and making himself available - on a Sunday evening no less. (Not expected at all). I was very apprehensive about consulting an attorney given that I don't have lots of money to spend or time to waste. I contacted these guys after getting in a car accident for the second time in my life. I had lost a limb in my first car accident and tried to get legal representation but abandoned my case because of how insane the attorneys I checked out were. I would highly-recommend these guys to anyone who wants to get things done in the most concise yet mutually beneficial way possible.
