We utilize Toyota's factory training programs as the foundation for repairing all Japanese vehicles due to the high quality of education provided at the University of Toyota. Our technicians are also trained and certified by I-CAR for repairing all foreign and domestic Electric and Electric Hybrid Vehicles, including yours.

We have used this shop twice now. Much as I hope I will have no need to return, if I do need body work for my car again I will absolutely go back. Marco is extremely professional and very straightforward. He really worked hard to find the parts needed during this insane supply chain era. I absolutely couldn't be happier with my experience with Crebassa's! Andrea, Fernando and the Crebassa's team are so friendly, transparent and professional. They communicated with my insurance company, arranged transport to a rental car company, took the time to answer all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the repair. They even finished my car early! Their work is top notch and my car came back looking better than ever. My whole family has had body work done here including myself. They do incredible work, they are professional and courteous. I have been going to these guys for various things for over a decade. I have always found them to be honest, trustworthy, reliable, and did top notch work. This experience was no different. They replaced a broken window in the door of my car and I am very happy with the result. I didn't trust that an auto glass shop would be as good as a full service auto body shop like Crebassa because of the attention to detail for the whole car. Great, old-school customer service and immaculate work! The door on my classic Chevy truck overextended and munched the fender. It was an insurance claim. Communication was clear and swift through the process of digging into the damage & estimating the repairs. They kept me updated with photos and texts as the work progressed. I went for some extra "while you're in there" work too. Although Crebassa's has repaired my cars several times, this is the first time I have written a review, and it is long overdue. Recently, my 2017 Prius Prime Advantage was rear-ended and I knew I would take it to Crebassa's, as they had repaired my previous car in the past. This Prius presented a new twist in my repair experience, because it has many safety sensors, which are located in the rear bumper. They do excellent work for a fair price. They are nice and professional to deal with, prompt, and it's easy to get an appointment. I needed some touchup work done on my van, which is older and had quite a few dings. I didn't really want to go the route of repairing everything fully, so they worked with me on a "minimalist" approach to keep the cost low. I really appreciated this flexibility since I didn't want to invest a lot of money in a car I'll probably only have for another year. Steven did my estimate and was a pleasure to deal with. This is my second experience working with Crebassa's Auto Body and they continue to perform excellent service. They go beyond just regular repairs ad if asked will accommodate other needs as courtesy. My car was rear ended then as an act of vandalism had paint splashed on the side. Crebassa's did wonderful work on the repairs and took the paint off as courtesy. They are friendly and efficient. I'm a customer for life.

This guys tricked me, offered me a rental took way longer than they had told me to fix my car then I had to pay $700 for the rental which of course was something I never expected. If really u have to go there make sure u know what they will charge u for before u leave your car with them. Very poor customer service!

I have taken my car to Crebassa's three times. Every time the service was friendly, they gave me a detailed & fair priced estimate, have been accommodating with wanting to have my car in the shop for as little time as possible. Last time I took my car there they even cleaned the interior and exterior.
