I've come to this body shop twice before and they never let me down, but this third time will be my last. My car got slammed into a curb so the whole wheel needed to be replaced. I got it back, then the next day I noticed the tire was looking a bit flat so my boyfriend checked for me and it was down about 10 psi. Couldn't find a hole in the tire using the soap and water method but it turned out to be the valve stem. Thank you to Hugo at Accurate Auto Body so much. I went in to take my car for damages after someone hit my car and he was the biggest help in everything and got my car done so fast and even called me to update me on everything. Dan and Diana took care of me. I brought my car in, a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with damage to the back right fender. Dan was in constant contact in order to give updates on the the parts needed and services to be provided and in the end was able to save me a lot of money as well. I was recommended by my dealership (Hiltop Dodge) , to take my vehicle to the Accurate Auto Body for my vehicle repairs.
My vehicle was damaged on the passenger side front and back door. And I needed my car fixed as soon as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about Accurate Auto Body. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Their work is flawless. Plus, my car was returned impeccably detailed. They even did a final disinfecting wipe down before they gave me the keys.
Hugo was in charge of my car, and he's the best! He told me that they would be able to complete my repair in 3 days. Not only did he deliver as promised, he replaced the broken clip on my back-up camera (not related to the damage from my accident), n/c.

They took many extra measures in regard to COVID (protective screen between desk employee and customer, clearly identified clean pens, everyone wearing a mask, cleaned my car key and credit card before returning to me, hand sanitizer readily available). Unfortunately my car was bumped by someone who was trying to park. So I came here because of a recommendation from my boyfriend. This was going to be settled without using insurance, but after things fell through I had to call my insurance to get it settled. Luckily this body shop is in network with AAA. Wow, the service was amazing. I got help from Alex, Mari, and Hugo. They were all spectacular! This was my 2nd time back unfortunately (due to a traffic accident) however I knew exactly where I wanted my vehicle to be repaired. Accurate has really great service, they don't keep your car for an excessive amount of time and their work always exceeds expectations. Glad to have found this body shop. I was first a bit weary because they were referred by my insurance company so I figured they (Accurate) would cater more so to them(insurance co) but the work is of good quality and I'm god to be back in my own vehicle
