Our humble beginnings were in 1985 as Cresson Burger Hut, serving burgers and ice cream. Dining room seating was sparse, but that didn't stop the crowds from coming. Within two years of opening the small ice cream and burger shop, we turned Cresson Burger Hut into Cresson Springs Family Restaurant, a family-style eatery with enough room to accommodate our guests.
Today, our Cresson Springs Family Restaurant menu ranges from homemade soups to Italian dishes, seafood platters and homestyle dinners plus delectable desserts. While the restaurant still serves hot dogs and hand dipped ice cream, many of the favorites have become dinner dishes like batter-dipped fish, ham steak, meatloaf and chicken stir fry.
