Judy McCartney: Judy grew up in Beavercreek, OH and graduated from Beavercreek High School. She currently resides in Centerville, OH with her husband of over 30 years. Judy is a life member of the Ohio PTA, past District Director and stays involved in the schools as much as possible. She is also a member of the Miamisburg Rotary Club.

We had multiple offers after being on the market only one dsy, and he helped us pick the most solid offer. We sold for 100% of asking price and the transaction was trouble free.
Mel guided us thru the negotiations and made it clear that he knows his trade.

Mel is the consummate professional and it's clear he cares about the clients that rely on him to guide them in the right direction. As my dad was selling his house after 48 years of living there, Mel made sure he explained what was going on every step of the way and guided us through the entire process. I think my dad's going to have yet another good friend for life. Although he is a professional, he's always fun and enjoyable to work with.

Very thankful that we had Mel help us sell our first home! We were nervous and at times impatient.
