Do not trust this sham of a company.
I received an unsolicited letter from this company expressing sympathy about the death of my wife (who is still very much alive). After this fake empathy, it moved directly into asking whether we wanted to sell our property.
What kind of miserable company decides to prey and take advantage of people during times of loss? They don't even have the decency to answer a phone call and redirect you to an answering service.
I'm reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

Highly Recommend Real Estate Solutions Unlimited! Quick and easy transaction.Took less than a month from start to finish. Signed contract on July, 12, 2019 and closed on August, 7, 2019. Would have been quicker, but had to wait for a Flood Certification. They gave me a reasonable price and took the property, as is, and paid cash. I didn't have to clean it up, or make any repairs.

Was sent a cute postcard showing interest in purchasing one of my residential properties. I have made numerous calls and left messages with no response from this company. I am older and was looking to eliminate a few of my properties in my effort to downsize. This will not happen with this company, all you get is an answering service and no return call. Do Not Waste Your Time.
