Dakota is an amazing realtor and really astounded me with his skills and capabilities! He helped me sell my house and buy my new house which is nothing special in just that statement alone, what was special is that within 12 hours of listing my house he had 18 people lined up back to back to see the house, I received 12 offers on the house. Dakota is wonderful. We live in the Cincinnati area and he always drove down 30+ minutes to show us houses we were interested in. I hired Dakota to sell my property and but another. He had suggestions to help with the sale. Within several days on the market it sold! There were some issues with the title. Dakota suggested changing title companies and the sale was completed on both properties! Dakota is very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him for your realty needs!
