Got my bumper repaired through my insurance. When my car was returned, it was missing a wheel cap. I called them about the issue but they lied saying that's how it was received.

Who knows when those pictures were taken. They could've been taken after the cap was removed. You guys could've texted me if you REALLY needed to get in contact with me...I provided my email on the paper work as a form of contact when I dropped off the vehicle.... So try again..

Avoid this place. They do not have pride in their work. They spray painted a part of my wheels, denied it, and then failed to even follow up in writing or on the phone. They did not go through the "trouble" of taping back on a very simple add-on on the car that they took off.
Really lousy customer service.
And they will charge you a fee if you do not pick your car up within 24 hours of the "ready" call.

I had to bring my vehicle here for repairs after having an unfortunate incident with a deer (the deer was ok). They had my car back within a week! Everyone I dealt with there was very nice, attentive, and answered every question I had.
I had Kam as my tech and he was awesome. I reached out to him regarding something I noticed in my estimate, and he responded back to me the morning after with an answer. I had a few more questions for him, and he answered every one of them with ease. Kam was a great tech and I'm happy he was in charge of fixing my car.

Noe and his staff took great care of me and my car. First off, the office is tidy and run by a very friendly staff. Not a paper is out of place- that says a lot for an auto body repair shop to me. Next, Noe provided me with alternatives and he is so gentle, soft spoken and kind- it's a pleasure to work with him. My vehicle was repaired perfectly and timely. They even had a loose screw removed that was bopping around underneath an area I couldn't get to and that was driving me crazy.

I recently needed some repair work done to rear door. From the minute I walked into the shop I was treated in a first class manner, Everything they said to me turned out to be true except one thing. They actually finish ahead of schedule, which was a complete surprise to me when they called and told me the car was ready. The car looks perfect. It was a great experience. I had some serious damage to my car and Joe and the whole crew were amazing. Joe handled all of the communication with Geico and generally made the process simple. Honest, helpful employees that provide quick service. I arrived, received a free quote in minutes. They provided honest advice about whether or not to go through insurance and helped me get a good price. Most importantly, they fixed my car to "new" condition. Even helped clean off a few scratches. I had a quick fix and it was turned around in less than a day. I'd highly recommend.

What a bunch of Crooks. I made an appointment with them to check out my car through my insurance company and they were forcing me to leave the car so that they could repair it. They told me that they wouldn't do the inspection unless I was going to leave the car with them to do the repair they wasted my entire day. I took the car to my dealer instead.

Autotech did a great job replacing the bumper of my BMW X1 that the garage on West 127th banged up. They also had my wheel repaired for road rash by a contractor, which also looked great ($160). Having a GEICO adjuster onsite made everything quick and efficient. Had my car back in a few days. Appointments ran on time. Well done!

This is the 3rd time bringing my vehicle to Autotech, 2x in 2011 for my IS 250 and now for my GLC 300, and the repair work has always been EXCELLENT! Unless geico or some auto insurance agency have referred you here, I wouldn't take my car here. Let me explain. I had minor rust work done to the car above the windshield by the sunroof. It took them two weeks and it wasn't until I called in to inquire about why it was taking so long to finish. By the time I got the car back, I found a noticeable gash on the passenger side of my dash. I confronted the manager about this and he of course denied telling me it was an old gash. He went back to the computer to look at the pictures they took of the car to see if that was there before they started

Top shelf, all the way. Nobody wants to have to go to a place like this. It is like going to an endodontist, you are going because something is messed up, in this case, your car. I live in the neighborhood, so I walk by this place all the time.
Each time I walk by, I think 2 things:
1. Wow, they are always super busy, which leads me to believe they do good work.
2. I hope I never have to bring my car there, as it would mean my car is messed up.
