You have been doing the auto body work for my cars since 1991 and I am always satisfied with the quality of your work. Honestly I can not complain about your services. With clear conscious I can recommend your shop and services to any of my friends. After a few scratches materialized on a friend's car that was borrowed to go to Lake George, I was in need of some good scratch repair.

Had my car hit and was recommended Ricky's shop and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. This was the first time I had ever dealt with a body shop and he walked me through the process including insurance and took a lot of the guesswork out of it. He was communicative throughout all the hassles with insurance.
The work itself was great and he went the extra mile of fixing up some other dings/paint scratches that were on the car. Also got my car back so damn clean and shiny. 10/10 would come back and will recommend him to everyone.

My car has been at Nassau collision for the past two weeks. Some people might think that's a long time, what's taking so long, why did you take there
Well first of all with a National back order of quality parts can't fix it if you can't get the parts. Ricky personally calls me to give me updates. The insurance also calls me to keep me in the loop. This could have been a horrific experience instead it's been a slight inconvenience. Great people. Great shop. Rickys the best!!!

I was referred to Ricky through a mutual friend. Ricky & his team are very friendly, professional, great communicator, timely and straight to the point. These qualities made it easy to decide to use them. I live in CT and Ricky quoted me an amount that was over 2k less than my highest estimate and $500 less than my lowest estimate here in CT. The professionalism and the quality of work made It all worth the distance. I would recommend Nassau Collision at any time to anyone. You wont be disappointed!

Our family has been using Nassau Collision for years. But I think the real testament of our faith in them is when we refer family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to them. And we have done that a lot! I needed to replace a spoiler on my Mustang and Ricky gave me a reasonable price. When I brought the car home and opened the truck lid I heard a loose bolt rattling in the lid from the old spoiler and I also notice light scratches on the paint of the trunk. I contacted Ricky via email as I couldn't speak because of being on voice rest and expressed my concerns he never responded. You get what you pay for at this place. I suggest if you want quality work go somewhere else, if you want inexpensive fast cheap work this place will do. Needless to say I will bring my cars some where else for my

Amazing job by the guys here. The vehicle was returned to me in show room condition. I brought my car here for a paint job and dent removal (because of damage due to a recent storm) and I couldn't be happier. Ricky and his crew will treat your car as if it were their own. Thank you Nassau Collision for another great experience! I have been a frequent flyer at Nassau Collision this past year (3X)...not my fault! Luckily I have Ricky and his team. They are professional and knowledgeable, I needed my front bumper replaced... now my car looks brand new inside and out since they cleaned the inside of my car as well. Besides the beautiful work and wonderful customer service, the repairs to my car actually cost less than Ricky estimated. I would highly recommend this body shop!

This is by far the best body shop. I would never go elsewhere. I've been going here now for at least 8yrs. and have recommended friends and family who have been as pleased with Ricky as I am. I got a call saying my car caught fire and its beyond repairable. Ricky is a complete liar and said it was a recall that caused the fire, assuming i wouldnt know what the recall was for. The car had a recall for the ignition switch, that a certified chevy dealership fixed a few months ago. Im not bitter, I got a better car from the insurance money, but what got me upset was the fact that he tried to lie his way out of the responsibility for setting my car on fire, which is a shame because his shop does some good work. Cars dont spontaneously explode, lets say a fuel line was damaged in the accident

Every now and then humanity surprises you in a good way. Of course, most people would never expect that to happen at an auto body shop. Well, perhaps hell has frozen over. We have taken two cars to Nassau collision. Each time, the work was done beautifully and for a reasonable price. I strongly recommend using them since I have been disappointed with other body shops in the past. Ricky also has a knack for making you feel good about your decision to use them. He's a nice guy and an honest businessman.

I brought my car to Ricky to get an estimate and he was nice enough to take my car apart and take a look at it. Ricky estimated it would cost more than the insurance company had initially given me. He submitted a supplemental form and when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the car, and it was decided the insurance's estimate was initially too low, and that the car was now totaled($3,400 in repairs). During this week Ricky was on vacation and was not at the shop. I decided to keep the car, took the money from my insurance
