Everything was good with the service, but I found out a few days later that when they rotated my tires, they did not recalibrate the TPMS sensors. The front are registering as the rear and the rear is registering as the front. I live out of state and I will now have to find someone here in Texas to recalibrate the sensors.

Your service department has the worst customer service ever, they're not professional, and they basically ask you to take you car somewhere else! I paid over 3k for repairs, I went straight to emission testing and didn't pass. I called service right away, and they told me their warranty is for 10 miles only!! How come??? I paid $3600 for nothing!!! Victor Andrade was rude and he basically told me I will be charged again or take the car somewhere else!!!

Purchased a new used car from this dealership. The entire buying process was painless and quick. I was in and out in two in a half hours with financing secured and a payment that was within my budget. Staff experience was great from sales to financing. Really liked how I wasn’t bombarded by staff when I got to the dealership and was given time and space to look at what was available. Will make future purchases from this dealership again when I am in the market for a new car.

BUYER BEWARE! From the minute you make an inquiry to Coulter they will email you, call you and do whatever they have to do to sell you a car. Trust me, the emails will never stop. HOWEVER, here is a cautionary tale...
My wife and I bought a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali from here, brand new in May 2018. The car has run great for the past few years and we have had no problems. But fast forward to 2021 come to find out we have a defective and leaking battery in the car. I call Coulter to find out if it is still warranty as it should be based on the dates (AC Delco - 42 Month Warranty) however Coulter

I have been going to Coulter Tempe for many years as we have owned GMC Yukons for well over 20 years. Service is always prompt and professional. This latest visit was for a small warranty repair and was handled quickly while I waited. Karen Parker has been my Service Advisor for more years than either she or I would like to admit to but she takes excellent care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

They advertised they would give you cash for your car at $500 OVER Kelly Blue Book...should have known this was a crock. We took our car down on Wednesday afternoon. They picked it apart and settled on a price almost $3,000 LESS than Kelly Blue Book, NOT anywhere close to $500 over, then SUPPOSEDLY the MVD is busy (FOR THREE DAYS?!?!) and our… ELECTRONIC title is making the transfer difficult. So, it’s Friday morning and we not only have NOT received ANY money for the car they KEPT, leaving us with a plate and a promise, BUT this has left our family with SEVEN kids STRANDED at home

I think we've all seen on TV shows & movies when the dealership uses your car for personal errands when it's in the shop. Well- maybe that is all filmed at Coulter Buick GMC in Tempe!
I've been having issues with my car, brought it in to get resolved, and upon picking it up today, I found Sonic fast-food trash sitting in the cup holder and storage area in the dashboard. Considering the fact I both never go to Sonic nor ALLOW food/drinks to be in my car, I knew it wasn't mine. I have an electronic license plate that tracks and maps out when & where the car was moved

This dealership treats you 100% better then Van Buick GMC.
Mark Turner: The assistant service manger goes out of his way to make sure every thing is okay with your vehicle. After talking with Mark in person felt like he knew me for years & he didn't judge me or treat me differently.
Unlike like Van Buick GMC they basically screw me over and tread… me like I was stupid.
Butch Stringer: Also does the same to go out of his way to make sure every thing is okay with your vehicle when getting aftermarket parts put in. So many ways Butch is like brother from another mother.

I’m amending an earlier post. After management and sales looked into the issue with a faulty product, in this case tires they went above and beyond reaching out to the supplier and getting a partial discount and then true to their word came in with the remainder themselves to make it right. While I do still fault some of the customer service… getting to this point, I’m deeply impressed with management and sales in their integrity and commitment. The day we bought our vehicle we arrived at 2 pm. We were out by 5 pm papers signed sealed and delivered. They took our time constraints serious and delivered top notch quality work.
I returned a couple weeks later for a few fixes that I found after we had driven the vehicle for a little longer and the delivered the amazing service and fixed it for us. Thank you Randy and Mark for the amazing experience with Coulter. We will be back to get another vehicle in the future!

We stopped by Coulter Tempe two weeks ago with the intention to just test drive an Acadia to narrow down our search. We had our rambunctious two year old with us so it couldn't be a long trip.
