Dr. Hong and his staff are exceptional for their kindness, quality of care, and professional manner. The office is filled with wonderful furniture and artwork, much of it gifted by grateful patients and/or friends. I have received care from Silver Crane since 2013. I strongly recommend anyone not familiar with acupuncture to at least start by consulting with Dr. Hong; I was new to oriental medicine prior to giving it a try to alleviate nearly debilitating, excruciating pain in my right shoulder. As a banker, I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I came to Seattle to visit my friends in 2015. My shoulders was hurting a lot. my friend took her mother to Silver Crane clinic for treatment and advised me to try acupuncture as well. After years of searching for someone to help me with my chronic neck and back pain due to a car accident in 2009, I am happy to find Silver Crane clinic. After one treatment I felt 50% improvement. after 4 months of treatments (2 times per week), I am now feeling 90% better. I am so grateful to Dr Hong and his staffs for giving me back my life. Was referred over to Doctor Hong by my general doctor at the Everett Clinic and can see why. Dr. Hong is incredible. He combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss.
