We would be happy to assist you. Trigger Point Therapy: to help decrease or alleviate muscular adhesion or "knots" in chronic neck and back tightness and pain.
Traditional Chinese Medicine recognizes that the body is divided by a series of networks known as channels. This intricate system of channels and their connecting vessels act as the distributing system that carries Qi (energy), blood, and fluids throughout the body. I love my visits here! I have had numerous health issues and Roselyn has helped me tremendously. I have had muscle twitches, back pain, hip pain, neck pain and now foot pain. I even had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and couldn't lift my arm and acupuncture helped tremendously when nothing else did. I felt relief instantly. I love accupuncture, Roselyn takes time to listen to your problem and she really cares passionately about every person she treats.

I had been SUFFERING with a tight IT band on my left knee for at least 2 years. I had seen different professionals who tried exercises and massage to loosen it and it did get a little better but never got completely better and always went back to where it had been before, too tight and painful. Roslyn using acupuncture, massage and cupping was able to make the pain go away and my IT band loosen up. I can't say enough good things about the treatment I received from Roslyn. I highly recommend her.

My physical therapist recommended to me that acupuncture would compliment my PT treatments. She wasn't kidding. It's been amazing, Rosalyn's knowledge and experience puts one at ease when having something done for the first time.

I have been a patient here for many years and this is by far the best! I have seen a few acupuncturists over the last 12 years and nothing compares to the treatment here. Amazing!! Dr. Roselyn Bailey of Arbor Vitae worked wonders on my hemifacial spasms. I started having symptoms of this neuromuscular disorder for a good 2-3 months prior to seeking Dr. Bailey's help, went to several doctors to do the routine blood work and EKG to cover initial screening, results were inconclusive. I was referred to a neurologist in Seattle, after doing a brain MRI; I was diagnosed for hemifacial spasm. The only treatment options available were repeated Botox injections, which basically allows me to manage my symptoms; it does not treat the root cause of the problem. The other option

Arbor Vitae Acupuncture is wonderful. I have been going to Arbor Vitae for a couple of months now and I've definitely enjoying the unique experience. At first I was super nervous about being poke by needles but now I can't wait to see Dr. Bailey every weekend. She is the most kind; caring, friendly, and cheerful practitioner I have ever met. The BEST part aside from her is she has great cost rates and she's super flexible with my schedule.
