Dr. Huang is one of the first graduates to become a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University, the largest Acupuncture school in the northwest, after receiving a Master's degree of AOM from Florida College of Integrative Medicine. His path to Alternative Medicine started after he graduated from medical school in Taiwan as an Occupational Therapist.
At the beginning of the treatment, we will focus on symptom relief which will allow us to get to the root of the problem as treatment progresses. It typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks to make significant changes. After symptoms are relieved and progressing close to maximum relief, we will focus on correcting the source of the problem and stabilizing the treatment so it doesn't return in the future.

Dr. Huang, six months ago worked on my left thumb which had "trigger thumb". I was in a lot of pain and couldn't move my thumb without his treatments. He was very compassionate, gave excellent medical advice and care, and with five treatment visits, he alleviated all my symptoms. I now have free mobility on my left thumb and he helped me avoid surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Huang for anyone who wants to alleviate their symptoms of pain, and potential surgery. He also helped me with my shoulder stiffness and pain. I am very thankful for Dr. Huang.

I really like Dr. Huang and his work. He is very kind, compassionate and a good listener. His work or the acupuncture ...is amazing. Not to be funny with the title of his practice. But I find myself coming home from a treatment saying, "this is amazing." To walk in with so much pain and to walk out feeling better is a nice thing. I also find it really interesting when he look at my tongue or takes my pulses and confirms the symptoms I am having. The office is beautiful, the music is very relaxing and I can't say enough about how happy I am.
