We are real estate developers and investors. That means we find ways to add value to real estate. Sometimes we do that by managing a renovation, sometimes by changing zoning or finding a creative re-use of an obsolete building, sometimes its a simple as providing financing for a product banks don't like to finance for a user who really needs the space.
In short we bring the same sort of creative problem solving skills to Real Estate that you bring to your profession. Real Estate is a capital intensive business, however (sometimes more capital intensive than others) so we are often looking for investors to join us in these ventures.
