This wanna be sheriff/ landlord is inappropriate on all levels. He will steal your money for what ever property you're renting of his, Stephen stanwick is a slum Lord,
What he does Is renovates his apartments at a low cost. So you won't see the actually things wrong with the apartment. Then he will have his maintenance man, destroy the apartment-- so Stephen can refuse to return your security deposit. Take your money elsewhere, this will be the worst year, or lease of your life.

AVOID THIS LANDLORD AT ALL COST!

Stephen, the "ex wanna be cop"
Will have the maintenance man, plus anyone, he can think of in your house.
Just bringing, up any excuse, about something being repaired. When everything in the apartment is fine. The railroad, trains run all hours of the night, the neighborhood isn't, convenient to anything unless you're driving.
The newly remodel bathroom is what caught my attention. And everything was great for the first Month.
